the momentum. for the fourth time police rushed to the center in delaware because of a bomb threat forcing the evacuation of the jcc this morning before 8:00, cleared and reopened 9:45. today the jcc sent a letter to attorney general jeff sessions insisting the government use all available resources to find the perpetrators after 120 similar threats across the country. they joined to stand against the recent wave of anti-semitic crimes. it was a collaboration of the eight jewish congregations in the ceremony but many faiths joined them in support. in south jersey, police are

>> we are learning new information about yesterday's deadly crash between a train and tour bus in biloxi, mississippi. turns out this is the 17th time in four decades that a train has crashed into a vehicle at this crossing. yesterday a tour bus carrying a group of senior citizens was hit by a freight train killing four people and injuring 35 others. >>

to be temporary. >> a new jersey man is charged with sexual assaulting a girl he met on an online chat room for teenagers. he was arrested after police say he sent messages to a person he thought was an underaged girl. that person was an under cover agent. luciani assaulted a 14-year-old burkes county girl and there may be more victims. pecot's effort to restore power in the wake of yesterday's storm has hit a snag. in an effort to reroute service in north philadelphia, a fault knocked another thousand people offline. they expect now not to restore power until sometime overnight.

>> health check at 11:00, hand sanitizer is sending thousands of children to the emergency room every year. between 2011 and 2014 there were 65,000 calls to poison control centers for children 12 and under exposed to alcohol based hand sanitizer. nearly all of those under five had swallowed some. experts urge parents to keep them out of the reach of children and rub their hands together until the sanitizer has evaporated. it was a triumph between a seven-year-old and the 911 operator that saved his mother's life. rocco was at home when his mom suffered an asthma attack.

future tracker is showing friday morning, not the amount of snow but the timing we are talking about. this causes problems for the morning commute, 6:00, from philadelphia areas to the north, across delaware filling in and breaking up. a quick hit of snow. 6:00, an expected snow map, kind of piedly. wilmington to trenton, a grassy coating. you have to get to the northern counties to see a coating to two inches on grassy surfaces. lehigh valley has the best shot of seeing roads covered in snow. across the poconos, a shot of two inches of snow. it's a quick hitting system, wet snow mixing with rain. the ground is so warm, accumulation will be on the grassy surfaces. the big problem is reduced
