to go to 6abc.com/weather to keep track of next week's approaching storm. there you will find the seven-day forecast, plus a look at double scan radar. icy conditions being blamed for a 25 car pileup in allentown last night. police say there were a number of fender benders from a chain-reaction crash on the wednesday of the hamilton street bridge. no serious injuries reported. once the vehicles were cleared, the bridge reopened. 6:03 a.m., new information to tell you about, four people were hurt in this crash in upper providence, montgomery county. their car ran off the road along black rock road and slammed into a tree. this happened at 2:30 a.m. firefighters had to cut a part the car to free the four people trapped inside. all right now recovering in the hospital. more information to tell you about, right now police searching for two men wanted in

connection with the shooting of a 13-year-old boy in philadelphia. this happened in the 2000 block of west hunting park avenue. police say the suspect and an accomplice approached the victim ass sat at the table with several people. he appeared to be speaking casually, one suspect pulled out a gun and hot the teenager in the head. the teenager is in critical condition at temple university hospital. two people are dead and three others injured in a number of crashes in camden county. medics rushed to the scene along the white horse pike here's capitol avenue last night. police have not said what caused the accident which involved five vehicles. as police continue to search for the suspect who was victimizing women in delaware, there's word of yet, another attack. strikingly similar this time in delaware county. "action news" reporter, bob brooks has all the details. >> reporter: to get inside the

rental apartments in pike creek you need to punch in a code. a resident was ambushed by a masked man with a gun sexually assaulted her and kidnapped her last month. it is a crime that was committed by the same man who terrorized two other women at two other apartment complexes. he struck a fourth time north in pennsylvania, residents at the glen mills got a letter alerting them of a similar attack. pennsylvania state police say this past tuesday arc masked man with a a gun am busheled a woman walking into her home. the victim bravelily fought the suspect off. >> reporter: that's katie malone who lives with her boyfriend said he can't always be around. we asked if this was connected with new castle county.

he said new castle county police are working together. >> we are in contact with delaware, but we cannot say this is in connected to delaware. >> reporter: in the third attack, the victim escaped. the first two victims one here and one in north wilmington were ambushed and forced to drive to atms to take out cash for the suspects. >> there's a lot of messed up people in this world and hopefully they can catch him and put him where he belongs. >> reporter: police say be aware of your surrounding if you see anything even something remotely suspicious give them a call, this will take a community effort to get him off the street. bob brooks, channel 6 "action news." >> 6:06 a.m. prosecutors in bucks county are considering the death penalty for a woman who planned the rape and murder of her adopted

daughter. prosecutors say packer watched as her boyfriend acted out a rape murder fantasy they shared. she is charged with illegally collecting $4,000 in government benefits after grace died. this morning the white house admits that it knew that michael flynn lobbied for a turkish businessman before he became national security advisor that suggests the transition lawyers did not see the lobbying as a liability for the plan was fully vetted. flynn officially filed as a foreign agent, the white house said only then did president trump learn of flynn's turkish connection. president trump fired snrin last month. -- flynn last month.

12 in allentown. by afternoon, 24, 25 in philadelphia. upper teens and low 20s in the lehigh valley, 25 degrees for wildwood and atlantic city. so you get the idea, the weekend will be icy cold. this cold air starts to settle on in, monday, tuesday, wednesday, all are chilly. we'll see an area of low pressure come out of the high plains that will hit the appalachians it will transfer it's energy to a coastal storm. this will becomes our nor'easter, there's the track right there. as i mentioned earlier, it is march, it's not january, the ocean temperature is milder relatively speaking than two months ago, because of that the track of the low is key. it will you ultimately -- it wil ultimately determine what happens here, the rain/snow line will set up, it's raining south and east, snowing north and west, wherever the line sets up, that's the biggest question mark

everyone, 6:23 saturday morning, there's nothing that makes gray happier than talking about snow. let's focus on the nor'easter monday into tuesday, the most important feature is the development of the secondary low. the first low will hit the mountains and reform off the virginia capes and the delmarva. this low moves up like this. the winds around the low pressure blow in a counter clockwise fashion. not only where the secondary low forms, but where it tracks, that's are the most important points with this system. this is mild ocean air. we could have a rain/snow line move inlands. we start out with heavy snow and go over to rain in new jersey and delaware. if it forms out here, now the

low is far enough to stay in a north/northeasterly wind. where the low forms is important over the next 24 to 48 hours. the key points where the second low forms and it forms close enough to the coast, where does the rain/snow line form? where it snows, it will thump. where it rains there will be heavy rain and there will be coastal flooding and beach erosion with this. in sports this morning, the flyers play the bruins, the sixerses tip off in l.a. the eagles introduce their new players. here's jeff skeverski. >> reporter: jeffrey said he knew carson wednesday was special. -- carson wentz was special.

alleged shooter an accomplice walked in. surveillance video not yet released captured the crime. >> you can clearly see the victim sitting with about three of his friends at the table eating food when two males walk in. the one male, the shooter, appears they are having a casual conversation with the victim. >> police say the suspect then pulled out a gun and put it to the child's head and pulled the trigger. the suspect ran from the scene. the victim is in critical condition at several university hospital. at this point no arrests have been made and police have not told us about a motive. we do know that witnesses talked to police overnight. two people are dead and several others injured after a number of accidents in oakland, camden county. crews rushed five people to the hospital, at least two victims did not survive their injuries. five vehicles were involved in at least two crashes along the

white horse pike near capitol avenue. police say one car actually burst into flames. witnesses described the scene. >> i heard a smash and i come running down the street and there was people running all over the place. you know, i seen the fire trucks coming down it was just craziness. >> reporter: this morning, police tell us they are trying to determine the cause. medics rushed one player to the hospital after this fight, look at this it happened on the ice in hatfield township montgomery county. this is video of the altercation between ridley ice hockey club and central bucks west high school. it happened thursday night. at one point the fight spilled out into the stands where several adults were seen pushing and shoving. two central bucks players were hurt in all this. president of ridley hockey said in a statement --

hovering in the teens, vineland, agenda -- gandys beach, 19, even blue berry county, 19 degrees. yesterday's system is long gone well off the coast, we're in a quiet pattern for now. next couple of days, sunny skies this morning, transition to mostly cloudy skies, sunday mostly sunny, quiet day. monday and tuesday, things start to turn downhill. future tracker with the winds, late morning, mid to upper teens, afternoon mid teens to low 20s at best. we're starting out in the single digits this morning, we're starting out in the teens tomorrow morning. our peak windchill is 21 or 22, tomorrow, it is 24, 25. for the middle of march it's terrible cold. it's something you would typically see in january and february. let's talk about the approaching

nor'easter. we have two scenarios, the first is for snow to change over to heavy rain something like this. that would be a storm that hugs the coast. the track of the low comes up the immediate shoreline, the milder ocean air gets drawn inland, it changes over to rain. how much snow on the front end, 6 to 12 or 4 to 6. how much rain there's a lot of moisture with this there could be an inch, inch 1/2 of rain on top of the snow that falls. that's father number one. and -- that's scenario number one and scenario number two is it takes it far enough out to sea, the winds stay in a northerly direction to drive the cold air in it's all in the form of snow. we have to focus on the exact track of the low. the reason for that, it's march not january, the ocean temperatures are milder relatively speaking than a month

or two ago. if the track of the low that hugs the coast and pulls that mild air inland, it changes over to rain. where does the rain/snow line set up in again a lot of moisture expected with this. cloud cover increases during the day, temperatures struggle. overnight tonight, 14 outlying suburbs, 19 degrees in center city. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, icy cold stuff this weekend, 32 degrees today, 36 tomorrow, better monday, 38 degrees, increasing clouds, but then the nor'easter hits tuesday, 36, wednesday, leftover snow showers, 37. thursday and friday, temperatures back in the 40s, i wish i could say winter is done at that point, but some of the long range shows chilly stuff by the end of the month. >> it's winter, i won't say anything for 9 days then i'll
