ago, but chilly enough considering spring is a couple of couple of days away. you will need the boots if you're in the north and west with five inches of snow on the ground. you'll need the umbrella in dover, gandys beach and east ward in millville and jersey shore. we have frozen precipitation north of the pennsylvania turnpike, upper bucks county and lehigh and north hampton counties, bethlehem, allentown, flakes being reported and snow showers out in kutztown and fleetwood, again, very, very light. temperatures are borderline at best. what you're seeing more than likely is not sticking to the ground. allentown you have dropped to the freezing mark of 32. everybody else is above freezing. 40 in millville. 40 in wilmington, 36 in lancaster and philadelphia 39 degrees. forecast for today, whatever light snow shower you're seeing this morning north and west of the city will quickly change

it was stolen from the agent's car outside her home in brooklyn. police believe it was a crime of opportunity. 6:07 a.m. delaware state leaders will begin to search for a new warden at the james vaughn correction center in smyrna. the department of corrections put the former warden on paid leave following the incident. he was reassigned that happened yesterday. four staffers were taken hostage and lieutenant stephen floyd was killed in the prison uprising. five thousand jc penny workers are about to lose their job. the retail giant is closing 128 stores nationwide including king of prussia and willow grove mall and philadelphia mills and rio grande plaza in cape may county. jeff chirico has more on how the closings will impact the

snow breaking out in the lehigh valley, doylestown and quakertown, i do want to stress the word "light." i want to work south to cumberland, cape may county, you can see the darker shades of green over cedarville all this is pushing east into tuckahoe and ocean city. light rain, snow a couple of sh. light shades of green, a little bit farther to the north, you have to go way up to the north to get frozen precipitation, doylestown, quakertown, lehigh valley, snow showers, and snow pellets mixed in. that's about it. this is the first round of moisture that will swing through. when the next round comes in here it's pretty much all rain. 45 is the high today. the normal is 53. starting out at 39 degrees which is above average. 29 in quaker torn.

they found the suspect and ak-47 rifle and marijuana plants and fertilizer inside the home. haz/mat had to be call in to test the fertilizer. it was not harmful. the suspect is in custody. sparks flying from electrical lines in north philadelphia. the electrical lines sparked near the roof of the home. no word this morning if the wires actually caused a fire, but we can tell you no were reported. then, minutes after that fire, this one, firefighters were called to the 2400 block of south franklin street in south philadelphia. crews had a difficult time battling the fire there, because the street was too narrow for the fire trucks. the firefighters had to drag hoses from the street corner to battle the flames. two row homes were damaged by

>> new information on the breaking news we've been following all morning coming in from paris. french police shot and killed a man they say took a gun from a soldier inside the paris airport. the suspect ran into a shop and pointed a weapon at security forces as they closed in and aimed their weapons at him. two other soldiers opened fire on the suspect according to the france' defense minister. officials are saying they are connecting the shooting of a police officer north of paris that happened this morning, because that suspect got away. that airport is shut down as investigators look for clues to that man's identity. france right now under a state of emergency after a prior terror attack in that countriment we'll keep you post -- in that country. we'll keep you posted. president donald trump hosted angela merkel, they shook
