police are looking for the suspect who sexually assaulted a woman inside a vacant home in germantown. police responded to the 1300 block of roberts avenue at 10:30 p.m. neighbors reported a woman screaming for help. she said a man with a gun forced her into the house and assaulted her and ran away. the woman escaped to another home and called police. a former pennsylvania state trooper was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of his wife and unborn child. joseph miller shot his pregnant wife joe anna in the head their home in east norton township montgomery county. he claimed it was an accident while cleaning his gun. he but not criminally liable. new tests reveal was inches from his wife's head. he is free bail.

actually trapped in the wreckage. you see her there, crews had to turn live wires off and pull them off the truck until firefighters could reach her. the woman is in critical condition in the hospital. at driver a man in his 20s is in police custody. new this morning, an assaults turned -- an assault turned into something more when officers responded to hunting park where they found a man pistol whipped. they found the suspect and they found an ak-47 rifle and marijuana plants and fertilizer inside the home. haz/mat was called out to test the fertilizer. it turned out not to be harmful, the suspect is in custody. sparks flying from electrical lines in north philadelphia. chopper 6 hd above the scene on last night as the electrical
