arrested on suspicion of dui. two people in the suv suffered minor injuries. >> from our delaware newsroom, police say they were forced to shoot a suspect that led them on a chase from maryland to delaware. the driver hit a dead end in ocean view that's when the man reversed the vehicle and tried to run down the two officers. the officers fired their weapons, the suspect is in serious condition. police are investigating a shooting death of a man outside a bar in north philadelphia overnight. police were called to the j and s hookah lounge at germantown and cumberland street at 1:00 a.m. they found a 22-year-old man was shot repeatedly while standing in front of the bar. a private vehicle took the victim to temple university hospital where he died. police have no motives or suspects in the shooting. the time now, 9:02, president donald trump continues

suffering through the worst flooding they have seen in decades. take a look at this. heavy rain forced rivers over their banks. a worker rescued two kids and their dogs from floodwaters that turned streets into fast-moving rivers there. the storm has destroyed at least 12,000 homes. >> in our area, first day of spring, temperatures don't feel very spring like. as a matter of fact it's down right chilly down there this morning. by afternoon things warm up a little bit, and things climb by the first part of the week. we could be close to 60 by tuesday. there's the view as we look outside over the philadelphia international airport.

forecast for today, not too bad, it's not that chilly. 47 in philadelphia. 45 down the jersey shore, the poconos 37 degrees, we'll see an increase in sunshine and with the wind it will feel like the 30s. this is for my good buddy gray. i'm going to say it's not over just yet. it does snow in april around here. here's philadelphia right here, a lot of times the jet stream looks like, the air is not cold, but cold enough we have low loww pressure systems working off the coast, and we can see a bit of snow over the years. april 3 and 4th, we saw 20 inches of snow, here a few other years we saw snow, 1917 we picked up 7 inches. 1924, 7 inches. 1960 and 1971. actually last year we had .3 of

president donald trump was not white house he was in florida with his family. last week, a man was arrested after jumping the white house fence and roaming the area for about 15 minutes. white house counselor kellyanne conway's husband is expect to be named to a key post in the trump administration, george conway has been chosen to head the civil division of the justice department. that means he will be responsible for defending the propose add travel band and defending lawsuits against the administration. he is a partner in a wall street law firm. >> fire force add family out of their home this weekend in chester last night. a family of three was able to make it out of the home safely. no injuries were reported. fire officials are searching for what sparked the blaze. surprising considering the damage, but nobody was hurt when two cars collided head on near boathouse row overnight.

police were called to the scene on kelly drive after 11:00 p.m. the driver was closed in both directions while crews cleared the wreckage. one driver suffered minor injuries, no word on what may have caused the crash. happening right now, philadelphia police looking for the person who shot a man several times and left him for dead on the street. officers were called to the 7400 block of simpson avenue in east mount airy after 9:00 p.m. last night. when they got to the scene they found a man shot a number of times. officers took him to einstein medical center where he died from the injuries. so far police have no suspects or motive. a harrisburg firefighter who was killed on his way to a call has been laid to rest. funeral services were held not lieutenant yesterday. he died when his vehicle was hit by an alleged intoxicated driver. he was heading to a fire that was sparked by an exploding hover board. two children died in the fire.

campbell. he is okay, but friday he gave his mom the scare when he locked the car doors after she stepped out of the vehicle. to make matters more alarming, he hopped into the front seat. fortunately a sheriff's deputy was in the vicinity and able to help. >> i thought it was funny at first, until i realized he had my keys. i thought the keys with were in my pocket. the very was in the car and zane locked all four days. it took the sheriff's deputy 20 minutes to get the door open. >> that would freak me out.
