alleged sex abuse on two children and former phillies manager dallas green has died. but the big story on "action news" tonight is a deadly attack outside of the parliament building in london. officials there say they are treating it as a terrorist attack. it was a kay ott can scene after the driver of a gray suv started to mow people down on the historic westminster bridge and kept going until he crashed inside of the gate of the parliament complex. that is when he got out and repeatedly stabbed a policeman with a big knife. that police officer died as did two pedestrians on the bridge. the attacker was shot and killed by police within the perimeter of parliament. >> we were driving and saw the car crash -- and then there was a lady lying down. i think she got hit by the car. and driving around andt peopl
