>> it is wednesday night. the big story on "action news" tonight, the massive investigation into the attack today in london. the lethal weapons were a knife and suv. it started with the vehicle mowing down pedestrians on listelondon's west minute strer. three women were killed. one woman jumped into the river thames and was rescued. the driver emerged with a big knife which he proceeded to fatally plunge a policeman. withnife in hand he got through the gate to the palace yardhe was shot two or three times. islamic extremism was suspected

for the russian government. >> capitol hill is expected to be the scene of drama when the republican plan replaces obama care. there is word that there is movement in the freedom caucus. if 22 republicans vote against it, it will fail. conservatives want the cost of the plan to be much less, less hope for americans to help pay for their insurance. on the eve of the healthcare vote three republicans remain holdouts. they have gone on the record in opposition to the bill, brian fitzpatrick, frank and chris smith of the fourth district say they intend to vote no. smith pointed to deep cuts to medicaid and its effect on families, disabled and the poor.
