tracker 6 live radar, cecily. >> jim, storm tracker lighting up with downpours and storms moving in from the midwest. we have had 12 lightning strikes on this view alone mercer county to bucks, lehigh county and berks county. some of the storms even coming with very small pea sized hail. that shows the dynamics in the atmosphere. these are sliding east 25 miles per hour. we have another batch of showers and thunderstorms south of philadelphia as well. not as intense but they are rolling along the i-95 corridor. the main showers will arrive during the overnight hours. future tracker showing tomorrow morning, 7:30, it is rain, start it is light to moderate but intensifies to the afternoon and

evening hours when we get heavy downpours, freezing rain in the poconos. both commutes tomorrow will be affected. allow extra time. the big concern is the evening commute with heavy downpour and ponding on roads. totals are going up as far as rainfall amount. we'll talk about when we clear in the full forecast. >> we have a developing story from atlantis where a massive fire caused a part of the interstate highway to collapse. troopers told drivers to turn around because they were worried about the integrity of the bridge. ten minutes later, it collapsed. authorities don't know what sparked the inferno, the blaze was fueled by giant plastic spools stored under the

overpass. georgia's governor says nobody has been hurt. the fire is under control. i-85 is shut down both directions for the foreseeable future. what a mess that was. >> the delaware county attorney says a serial rapist is off the streets after attacking nine women over the past through years. dejohn lee stocked his victims in and around chester. >> he would wait for young women to walk alone as he approached the women from behind, he would grab them, manhandled them and take a gun and put it to the back of their head. >> lee was no stranger to the law. a dna sample was taken last year on a prior arrest. results didn't come back with a match until january this year. investigators say one of lee's
