this noon is breaking news, at least ten people are dead following an explosion inside a subway in st. petersburg, russia. another 50 were injured in the bras. this is the picture of the damage to the train car. you can see the doors literally blown out from the blast. the subway filled with gray smoke over the explosion. there's no word whether this was a terror attack. vladimir putin who was in st. petersburg when the explosion went off, offered condoll -- condolences to the families of those killed. within two hours of the blast, authorities found and safely deactivated another bomb at a separate subway station. all subways have been shut down and security measures tightened in 0 response to the explosion. st. petersburg is the second

allegedly snatched by three juvenile boys and dragged into the 1300 block of west butler street and sexually assaulted. >> she is 13 and she don't know much, now she is exposed to something that she didn't know about. >> reporter: others are frustrated that an arrest has not been made yet. >> i can't help but wonder who was around and why it happened. i personally think there's someone around that sees it. >> reporter: michael wilson has four kids, two boys and two girls. he finds it hard to believe that no one heard or saw the attack. he said around this neighborhood, fear keeps mouths shut. >> if they tell you to scream fire they would have looked and see what happened. people don't know what these kids are capable of these days and i don't blame them.

hitting her and the other were charged with helping in the attack. they are being charged as juveniles in family coulter. bill cosby's defense team is squaring off with prosecutors over the evidence that would be allowed at the trial in june. they want to block any mention of quaahludes that he maintained in the 1970s. they said it is irrelevant because they were banned 20 years before he was accused of sexually molesting and drugging a woman at his home. firefighters were called out to the 100 block of rodney drive in new castle county before 11:00 p.m. a neighbor said he saw the flames and told his wife to call

workweek with a nice spring-like forecast, we'll see april showers this week, as well. live look at the jersey shore, cape may. we're seeing sunshine and clouds, nice afternoon to be out and about. keep the umbrellas handy especially tomorrow. let's go to accuweather, david murphy at the big board. >> reporter: pretty picture at the shore, you can see we have sunshine breaking through and storm tracker 6 live double scan shows us no rain locally. wide view showing you a big rainmaker to the south of us, it's producing severe weather and watches and tornado warning. as this pushes to the north we'll see that arrive in the evening hours and steadier rain in the overnight hours, not any tornados out of that, but thunderstorms not out of the question as that system comes through. satellite and radar shows you there are clouds out there and some areas looking at decent sunshine.

committee. >> he is a mainstream judge who's earned the universal respect of his colleagues on the bench and in the box. >> reporter: democrats question his record largely made up right of center rulings and many are upset the republicans didn't give former president obama's obama a chance refusing to hold a hearing in the senate for garland. >> there is no reason judge garland could not proceed. others deny the then president of the united states the ability to fill the seat. >> reporter: now many are threatening to counter with a filibuster blocking the nomination, but republicans are armed with the weapon of their own, the nuclear option so a simple majority of 51 votes could overcome the filibuster the current 61 vote requirement. judge gorsuch picked up a couple

courthouse. he was airlifted to the hospital after he was shot at 7:00 a.m. the manhunt is on underway who is on the run. the sheriff was shot in the neck and called for help saying he was bleeding out. he was a 30 year veteran of law enforcement. police are looking for the thief who broke into a school and took off with thousands of dollars of sports equipment. he smashed and crawled through a window in miami. filled the trash can with $60,000 of electronics a tools from a classroom. it taken from a class that helps adults learn skills and return to the workforce. an investigation continues into what caused the deadly carbon monoxide leak at a hotel pool in michigan. we're hearing from the young survivors who remembered their friend who died.

out there. 61 degrees, the temperatures are on the up tick. winds out of the southwest light, 6 miles per hour that's a nice direction for drawing in milder air. you take a look at the numbers we'll add another five, six degrees to what you see on the map right now. 64 in allentown. maybe getting closer to the high in the northern elevations. 64 in wilmington, 62 in trenton. 63 in millville. 52 in cape may. you'll be stuck in the 50s along the water. satellite and radar shows the clouds spilling through the region. they are filling out a little bit, later in the afternoon the thicker cloud cover you see will start to overtake us. eventually we'll be looking at showers arriving after dinnertime. it might be more than showers in the next 24 hours, there you see the large system to the south and west. severe watch boxes ahead of it right now in parts of georgia and the panhandle of florida. as this pushes toward the north we'll see showers at first and

thunderstorms, as well. by 6:00 p.m. looks like most of that is not here. we get into 11:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. we'll see issues pushing in toward philadelphia. i would think adam joseph will have something on radar and cecily at 11:00 p.m. in the overnight hours we get the heavier rain that's why parts of trenton, new jersey and new york state have a flood watch. there will be more rain there than other spots. in the lehigh valley, 64 degrees, mainly cloudy at night. down the shore, 58 degrees there. 66 increasing clouds in philadelphia, not very windy. wind 7 to 14 miles per hour. and then you take a look at the evening commute looks like it's dry, so that's good news for you heading home. 65 degrees by 5:00 p.m. 60 degrees by 7:00 p.m. we get into the overnight hours we're looking at the showers arriving, 52 is the overnight low and then the rain continues
