boulevard overpass. as a result it is closed between that controversy pass and baird boulevard. workers with the department of transportation heading to the scene to test the integrity of the that overpass. it's a concern because of the fire. this is video we got earlier for you. we have learned that at least one person was injured there at the scene, we've learned that a 352-year-old man was found with some serious burn injuries. he was found walking away from the scene. well -- he is in the hospital recovering. again, a fire has shut down the flanders controversy pass between the baird boulevard you can get updates at 6abc.com. 7:01.

ferry road this morning. three people were hurt in this, one of them critically. police say speeding played a role in the accident here, again, if you're heading out this morning, keep in mind kelly drive is closed both ways near ferry road. this morning a predator that kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in new castle county still out there on the run. "action news" was outside the village of plum return in pikes creeks where police made a mold of a tire track where a person made a suspicious tush. the girl was -- suspicious turn. a girl was lured while playing with other children. she was found 8 miles away in partial clothing. she had been sexually assaulted. state police and new castle

details in the warmup in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> thank you for the update. 7:33 a.m., it is an unspeakable crime, a 4-year-old kidnapped while playing and is sexually assaulted. police described the suspect as a heartless monster. happening this morning, several agencies are working together to track this person down. dann cuellar has the latest on the search and the clue that could help police find the person before he strikes again. >> reporter: new castle county along with delaware state police and fbi are working around the clock to develop leads on the sexual predator and find out where he is. last night they may have found new leads, our camera was there. this was the scene in here the site of the abduction at the village of plum run in new castle county. mermaid boulevard and hogan drive where law officers discovered suspicious tire tracks left by someone making a quick getaway.

the area hospital where it was learned she had been sexually assaulted. >> there's nothing worse that take the innocence of a 4-year-old child. >> reporter: authorities v combing through the park area in grid-like fashion looking for evidence. they may have surveillance cameras that captured the suspect and his car. >> i am cameras outside -- i have cameras outside the house, i don't have them recording on the "d" -- dvr. >> reporter: police are issuing a warning, keep your eye on your child at all times when they are outside. dann cuellar channel 6 "action news." >> new this morning, a driver managed to escape with only a few injuries after his car overturned on i-95. we know the man lost control near the island avenue exit in southwest philadelphia. this happened at 3:00 a.m.

firefighters had to remove the 29-year-old man from the vehicle. that took about 20 minutes. crews took the victim to the hospital. he is and he canned -- he is expected to make a full recovery. pennsylvania state police are investigating. we're tracking the latest news on syria. punishing missile strikes are not the only penalty coming to syria for carrying out the chemical attack on its people. the trump administration is expected to announce new sanctions against the country. the pentagon is investigating whether russia played a role in the deadly gassing of syrians, some of the victims were children. president donald trump used that as justification for the missile strike. under 2013 russia/u.s. agreement, syria agreed to dismantle it's chemical weapons.

>> reporter: the demonstrators believe assad may be flawed, but the safest option for syrians still living there. >> president donald trump praising the confirmation of neil gorsuch as the next supreme court justice of the united states. gorsuch was confirmed by the senate yesterday. he will be sworn in as the 113th justice on monday in separate ceremonies at the court and the white house. justices are required to take two oaths, bun by the constitution and one set by federal law. gorsuch's nomination came after the senate republicans used the so called nuclear option doing away with the need for 60 votes. gore such was confirmed with a -- gore confirmed with a vote of 54-45.

bob menendez and corey booker wrote a letter asking lawmakers to reject the federal budget that would cut amtrak funding. that move follows monday's derailment at new york's penn station, the second in two weeks. both happened on amtrak operated tracks. in pennsylvania, governor atomic wolf said the latest budget proposal would put 1500 state employees out of work. the study found that the department of corrections could see the deepest cuts with nearly 650 layoffs. another four hundred jobs could be lost at the department of health and human services. budget bill was approved by the state house an heading to the senate for consideration. the adventure aquarium new exhibit that features per --
