attack in sweden, what new information investigators found, overnight. but the big story on "action news" tonight is a community on edge, following the abduction and sexual assault of a four year-old girl. she was kidnaped while playing outside of her very own home thursday night and then abandoned in a park two hours later. icle he has got a lot him. >> reporter: police, state police and fbi remain a constant presence in the delaware community looking for any lead thursday night around 7:00 p.m. here in the 4800 block of sugar plum court ying with friend outside when she was snatched. two hours later 8 miles away she was discovered in banning park, taken to the hospital, and police say that she was sexually assaulted. friday afternoon police may have found a new lead, at mermaid boulevard in hogan drive when they discovered suspicious tire track marks possibly made by someone trying to quickly getaway. investigators also continued to look at any possible, travel route that the perpetrator may have taken residence think that the perpetrator area. you only parents i could not wan call in your worst night mayor. >> reporter: police tell me that they have received tips, by e-mail, social media and also by phone, as well but they have not said if any of those tips have led them to any lead. f new castle county wilmington

delaware annie mccormack for channel six "action news".ia back to you. >> hopefully we are closer to catching this predator.eo injured, one critically following this crash on kelly drive in fairmount park overnight. thinks the scene near ferry road just after 3:00 a.m. police tell "action news" that the driver of the mustang was speeding, and then lost control of the car. the car flipped, several times before it ca a rest. still not clear if charges will be filed. and in southwest traveling on island avenue also lost control of his car and then ran off the side of the road. car finally came to a stop, down a grassy embankment, trapping theook rescuers nearly 20 minutes to cut that driver free from the wreckage, but everybody is suspect to be okay. delaware man is behind running anged titutionn, in georgetown. he is five five-year old, arsenio, who they staked suspect's m later served a search warrant after they found several men frequenting the home for a short period of time and then leaving.

they reportedly found a 25 year-old woman from the dominican republic confined in the bedroom. she had been forced to perform elicit acts. he is behind bars being held on $250,000 bail. we have an update to a story "action news" first brought you back in february. philadelphia police say they have identified and arrested the man in this surveillance video. he is 59 year-old ron barkley and now is charged with setting three separate fires across the city including one at the famous fourth street deli. after, several days of chilly, temps rain and a lot of wind, we will get a warm up and we're told it will feel down right, summer-like. it is what we have been waiting for. meteorologist melissa magee live at the "action news" big board with the sunny details melissa. >> you will really like the forecast. today certainly wasn't bad, cross the delaware and lehigh valleys. the high in philadelphia 60. right now we are coming in at 59. forty-seven in the poconos. fifty-nine for reading and lancaster.

"action news" reporter trish hartman is live at the belmont plateau with the story hi there trish. >> reporter: hey, a leash a this clean up has been going on for a decade and it brought together co-workers teammates neighbors to make the city a little bit more beautiful. dry leaves are scooped up in the bag along 34th street and strawberry mansion. under the careful supervision of junior block captain crayon sippio. >> it goodies to clean up your neighborhood because don't want your neighborhood to be smelly while you are walking around stuff. >> reporter: this group is among thousands of volunteers, taking part in the fifth annual philly spring clean up. >> put it in the bag so people can put the leaves, and stuff in it. >> reporter: neighbors say getting kid involved is crucial. >> i was a junior block captain when i was younger.

i always helped my mother, grandmother clean up the neighborhood. it made me feel good because it is feeling good to walk around a clean neighborhood and clean street. >> reporter: mayor jim kenney kick things off at hunting park rec center. >> we are thankful. >> reporter: joining volunteers as they collect leaves trash nearby. hundreds of septa workers along with family and friend cleaned up, 13 separate locations throughout the city. and then there were peak like sandra berry. >> she says while she's participating in the city wide clean up. >> it can help and then you come back, and that is for five minutes you wouldn't believe that it is the same block that residents just cleaned because of the wind. >> reporter: she's out here three to four times a week trying to keep the trash from her block in frankford. she hopes the city will sponsor more clean up days like this one and hopes her efforts will make a difference for her neighborhood. >> i'm hoping because it can also bring in some nice developers who are looking to see how beautiful, we are here

>> reporter: residents say well while today's clean up was great way to pick up trash and make their street look nice it was also a great way to talk to their neighbors and find out is what going on in their neighborhood. reporting live from frankford trish hartman channel six "action news", alycia. >> trish thank you. the white house is, circulating a letter, president donald trump sent to the leaders of the both houses of congress explaining his decision to order military strikes on the syrian airfield s. in the letter dated today president trump said he quote acted in the vital national security and foreign policy interests of the united states pursuant to my constitutional authority to conduct foreign relations. as commander in chief. trump says he was sending a letter as part of his efforts to keep the congress fully informed consistent with the war powers resolution. there are new developments in the investigation into yesterday's deadly truck attack in stockholm, sweden. authorities say they have formally identified the

the agenda today in north philadelphia the omega owe mega chapter of the alpha capp a sorority held a wellness fair. the free health screenings and massages and some opportunities, to get moving, and, dancing. and a lot of people went bald for a good cause in southern chester county. avondale fire company hosted a head shaving event for saint baldrick's day foundation to support children's cancer research. jamie whitesman john gave the honor of shaving her head. way to go there. she said being bald is the least that she can do to help brave families, battling cancer.
