6:04 a.m. u.s. secretary of state rex tillerson expected to visit moscow. the american missile strike in syria will likely be the core of the caulk with russian leaders there. he said he sees no reason for retaliation for the strike on the syrian air base. he said russian troops were not the target. elizabeth hur said the base was damaged, but not out of commission. >> reporter: back in action, these pictures from russian state control television show syrian jets taking off from the air base less than 24 hours after nearly 60 u.s. cruise missiles bombarded the airfield. video shows the wreckage of the aircraft destroyed and bombed out fuel tanks. president trump pleading that

i rescued everyone else, but i couldn't rescue you. >> elizabeth had your, abc news new york. a driver suspected of dui after an overnight crash on the boulevard. two people were hurt in that wreck in the northbound lanes near north 5th street in hunting park. two men were taken to einstein for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. a woman driving the car that lost control is being tested for dui. three people were hurt in a crash in wilmington. police say one of the cars involved is being pursued by officers. the collision happened at #th and produce. authorities tell "action news" the suspect was fleeing police when he hit another car. two people in that car and the suspect's vehicle were taken to the hospital for treatment. the suspect was arrested at the scene. police recovered a handgun. it is unclear what touched off the chase. this morning, the predator

who abducted and sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl is out there on the run. police in delaware are reviewing surveillance video hoping to catch the criminal. investigators have not released the video. the girl was snatched off the street while she was playing in the 4100 block of sugar plum court thursday night. two hours later she was found alive in banning park nearly 8 miles per hour away. annie mccormick will have an update on the case. an arsonist in jail behind bars, this is 59-year-old juan barclay trying to open car doors in south philadelphia in february. just a few hours later he was seen near a fire at the 4th street deli. he is charged with setting that fire and two others in the city. >> there's much more to come on "action news" sunday morning. a joyride by a 13-year-old end with a car in water he is

employ opened fire an people at a florida mall before taking his own life. it send shoppers running for dover. officers say the shooting began during an argument between the x employer and the gym manager. the shops were locked down so police could talk to witnesses there. this morning a dad in florida locked up in jail. police say he let his 1-year-old son take the family car for a joyride with a 2-year-old passenger inside with the teenager. the teenager was driving fast when he went through a stop sign and missed the turn and landed upside down in the canal.

you on breaking news coming in from egypt. a bomb has gone off inside a church in the nile delta during palm sunday mass. the blast killed at least 25 people. the explosion took place in the town north of cairo. 71 other people were injured in the blast. the target was a church packed with coptic christians celebrating palm sunday services. so far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. isis carried out a suicide attack in cairo killing mostly women. pope francis will visit egypt later this morning. we'll follow this breaking news

the two hour manhunt ended with a passer by found the victim walking along the tree line of banning park nearly 8 miles per hour from where the attacker grabbed her. she was barely clothed and sexually assaulted. police found a potential lead, suspicious tire tracks possibly from a quick getaway. in banning park, saturday, people praised for the young child's bravery. police are looking for a white or hispanic male and darked colored four door sedan with tinted windows. the community is looking to and has a message for him. >> we're looking for that vehicle, hopefully he turns himself in, because he has a lot of eyes on him right now. >> reporter: new castle county police say they have tremendous support from the community and gathering surveillance video and going through the video they

already have. reporting outside new castle county police, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." >> 6:35 a.m., russia's foreign prime minister is calling for an investigation into into the u.s. missesle strike in syria. he made the comment during a phone conversation with secretary of state rex tillerson yesterday. he saidssed the assertion that syria used chemical weapons. u.s. military said an american soldier was killed in average. a spokesperson for u.s. forces in afghanistan said the soldier was injured in an operation. the soldier's name has not been released or any other information provided. swedish police have taken several people in for

questioning for the fatal truck attack. only the truck driver was arrested. they have identified the suspect as a 39-year-old man from uzbekistan. he deliberately ran his truck into a crowd of people. four people were killed and 15 others injured. he drove into the crowd of pedestrians and into the front of the store. norway police arrested a suspect in connection with a bomb-like device found on the street in oslo. one man was arrested an bomb disposal experts went to the scene. norway was put on high alert after neighboring sweden suffered the deadly truck attack. a delaware man is behind bars accused of running a prostitution operation. he is 55-year-old man. detectives staked out his georgetown home and served a search warrant after they

police academy these future cops knew that they would be called on to save someone's life. they were in the hamilton township park playing street hockey, a stranger asked to play the game. >> he was in distress. he stopped breathing so we put him on his back, i felt for a pulse, he had no pulse we started compressions. >> reporter: while two of the recruits called 911 guided first responders to the scene, the other two switched off with cpr. >> i was on with dispatch i said he had previous heart condition. >> i did more cycles and ems arrived with the police. >> reporter: the man is hospitalized, but he is alive because of the quick response

6:55 a.m., children were hurt when a bounce house goes airborne. this happened at a carnival in south carolina. you see the images there. wind rolled in and sent the bounce house flying. >> a big gush of air, the bouncy house flew 20, 30 feet.
