the two hour manhunt ended with a passer by found the victim walking along the tree line of banning park nearly 8 miles per hour from where the attacker grabbed her. she was barely clothed and sexually assaulted. police found a potential lead, suspicious tire tracks possibly from a quick getaway. in banning park, saturday, people praised for the young child's bravery. police are looking for a white or hispanic male and darked colored four door sedan with tinted windows. the community is looking to and has a message for him. >> we're looking for that vehicle, hopefully he turns himself in, because he has a lot of eyes on him right now. >> reporter: new castle county police say they have tremendous support from the community and gathering surveillance video and going through the video they

questioning for the fatal truck attack. only the truck driver was arrested. they have identified the suspect as a 39-year-old man from uzbekistan. he deliberately ran his truck into a crowd of people. four people were killed and 15 others injured. he drove into the crowd of pedestrians and into the front of the store. norway police arrested a suspect in connection with a bomb-like device found on the street in oslo. one man was arrested an bomb disposal experts went to the scene. norway was put on high alert after neighboring sweden suffered the deadly truck attack. a delaware man is behind bars accused of running a prostitution operation. he is 55-year-old man. detectives staked out his georgetown home and served a search warrant after they

police academy these future cops knew that they would be called on to save someone's life. they were in the hamilton township park playing street hockey, a stranger asked to play the game. >> he was in distress. he stopped breathing so we put him on his back, i felt for a pulse, he had no pulse we started compressions. >> reporter: while two of the recruits called 911 guided first responders to the scene, the other two switched off with cpr. >> i was on with dispatch i said he had previous heart condition. >> i did more cycles and ems arrived with the police. >> reporter: the man is hospitalized, but he is alive because of the quick response
