developing from egypt, bombings at two churches in different cities have killed 37 people in the first attack, a bomb exploded at a church in the nile delta city of tanta killing 26 people and later an explosion hit a cathedral in the coastal city of alsand -- alexandria. that blast killed 100 people. isis claimed responsibility for the attacks after recently warned it would step up attacks on egypt's christians. this noon, new reports and videos of bombing in syria in the same rebel held province that a horrific chemical attack toops -- took place last week. this after president trump ordered a bombing of a syrian air base.

rex tillerson told george stephanopoulos he would confront russia about the full removal of assad's chemical weapons. >> clearly they have been incompetent or out-maneuvered by the syrians. >> united states ambassador to the united nations said if president trump needs to do more he will do more. >> friends and neighbors rescued a man trapped on the roof in logan section before 7:00 a.m. this morning. you can see the flames and smoke there. the person was rescued from the rooftop before firefighters got to the scene. crews were able to bring the fire under control. no injuries reported and no word on what started the fire. a driver had to be rescued after a car crash in new castle county delaware. the driver lost control at naamans road in talleyville.

they say the car ran off the highway and hit a utility pole. the driver was trapped and had to be freed by firefighters. it is unclear at this hour if the driver sustained any injuries. three people were injured and a suspect arrested after an accident that stemmed from a police pursuit. police say the suspect was fleeing police when the suspect's vehicle collided with another car. two people in that vehicle and the person in the suspect's vehicle were injured. police took the suspect into custody and recovered a handgun. two people were injured in an overnight crash and philadelphia police say drunk driving is suspected. two cars collided head on along the roosevelt boulevard in the city's hunting park section. this happened at 3:00 a.m. police say that a car was traveling northbound near north 5th street when the driver lost control and crossed the center line and hit the other

car. two men were injured and taken to einstein to be treated. a woman was taken into police custody for alleged dui. happening today there will be restrictions along the benjamin franklin parkway. it's all in preparation for the nfl draft happening near the philadelphia museum of art. >> you will want to take note of new round of parking restrictions that go into effect at midnight. drone 6 flew over the parkway and the massive amount of equipment that's there already in place as crews begin their work on the outdoor theater and exhibit. here's what you need to know the two right lanes of eakens oval in front of the art museum steps will be closed for the building of the theater. this is the first phase of parking restrictions. other phases begin april 19 and 24th. hundreds of thousands of people are expected to attend the draft and the draft festival. the draft is april 27 to the 29th. here's a look at the closures that begin at midnight. spring garden westbound will

55. same number for the poconos. lancaster, 60. wilmington, 62. all the locations are generally ten degrees warmer than the same time yesterday. satellite and radar, high pressure firmly in control. most of the eastern half of united states very, very quiet this afternoon, the high sitting right about there. all the clouds to the west, the storm track, the storm track is like this. last week it was run running over top of the delaware and lehigh valleys. that's why storm after storm bombarded the region. this week the track is out here, that's where all the storm will travel. the result driver weather for us. surface maps, high pressure right there, winds out of the southwest warmer temperatures up and down the eastern seaboard. new england shooting into the 70s today and tomorrow and tuesday. all that weather stays out there to the west. we'll flip it over to future tracker 6, really we're not timing out anything, i won't put

five children were hurt when two bounce houses went airborne in south carolina this weekend. it happened during a church carnival yesterday afternoon. take a look at this. police say the wind pick up the bounce houses and tossed them with kids inside. one crashed into a tree and one into a power line.

several children fell 40 feet to the ground. the severity of their injuries not known at this point. >> another frightening incident residents of dallas, texas were startle the at 11:40 p.m. by the blast of emergency sirens across the city. officials say someone hacked into the siren system and activated all of them. it took almost two hours for them to shut it all down. officials said they don't know who did it, but they know how it was done and have made the necessary changes to the system to insure it doesn't happen again. >> don't mess with texas. behind the walls of a california state prison, shakespeare is being performed. >> show your mended face. >> the shakespeare company has been training inmates to perform the play king john. they performed the play for visitors and fellow inmates from

banning park 8 miles away. parents have strong words of caution for their kids until the attacker is caught. >> if you don't recognize the person don't talk to them, whether they have a puppy or candy or anything like that don't go near them. >> friday police found a potential lead some suspicious tire tracks not far from the abduction scene. >> the search is on for a man who tried to abduct a seven-year-old in quakertown bucks county. the boy said he was riding his bike when a man jumped out from behind a bush and tried to grab him on the unit block of elm street friday morning. the child ran to the elementary school where he was found by his mother. police are asking anyone with information to please contact them. >> right now a suspected arsonist locked up in jail. police say this surveillance video is of 59-year-old juan barclay as he tried to open car doors in south philadelphia.

minutes later he was seen near a fire at the 4th street deli. he was convicted of setting this fire and two others in the city. take a look at this. a car drove over the septa platform in fern rock. the driver told police the brakes failed while pulling into a parking lot on the 1100 block of west nedro street. nobody was hurt, no charges have been filed. but the investigation continues. the time 1:35. an early morning -- 12 5:00 p.m., an early-morning shooting left a man in critical condition in the kensington section. police were called out at 5:15 a.m. for reports of gunfire. officers arrived and found blood at the scene and did not find the victim. a short time later a 20-year-old man was dropped off at episcopal

hospital with a gunshot wound to the face. he is in critical condition. no arrests have been made. 55-year-old man is behind bars accused of running a prostitution operation in georgetown, delaware. police found several men leaving his mobile home for a short time. inside they found a 25-year-old woman from the dominican republic confined in the bedroom. she was being forced to perform illicit acts. he is being held on $250,000 bail. restrictions along the benjamin franklin parkway will begin tonight. >> the new round of parking restrictions will go into effect at midnight. drone 6 is flying over the parkway. you can see the massive amount of equipment as crews gin their work on the crowd door theater and exhibits there.

>> there are big changes at one of delaware's beach communities. you can no longer smoke on public beaches in south bethany. the council voted 5-1 to ban smoking on the beaches and pedestrian dune crossings. the changes takes place this weekend. members of the council help the ban will encourage health and protect people from secondhand smoke. signs will be added to inform beachgoers of the change. the jewish celebration of passover begins tomorrow evening. to make sure people have food for their passover seder, 400 volunteers got together to package and deliver food donations, this is the 20th year that the project hope has been organized. they distribute food to more than 600 homes. >> along with the great weather there's fun and excitement at the philadelphia zoo as they celebrate autism awareness day.

today marks the last day of the cherry blossom festival a grand finale of the scrapes culture at the philadelphia horticulture center. there will be a sushi making contest and pet parade and much more. the fun continues until 5:00 p.m. today. boy, what great weather to do all that. especially eating the sushi and not making it. >> reporter: i've never been big on sushi but i'll take your word for it. looking at the benjamin franklin parkway, look at the blue skies, a nice comfortable afternoon of we have the slightest breeze out of the west/southwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. numbers have shot up into the 60s, more importantly there's no humidity out there, it feels really, really comfortable. radars clear we don't have to worry about any precipitation

we'll be dry for the next several days. 70 degrees that's 8 degrees higher than the seasonal average of 62. 61 in philadelphia and allentown. millville, 61. cape may, 56. just the lightest wind speeds out of the west/southwest 5 to 10 miles per hour. it's lighter than the 30 to 35-mile an hour gusts that we saw yesterday. satellite and radar cloud cover across the northern tier states more like the high plains and western great lakes. it's clear everywhere else. most of the eastern seaboard, desert southwest, packed northwest couple of clouds. this is the only area we're watching, it's a small front that will be charging east over the next couple of days. very weak and insignificant not much energy with it. it will drive east tuesday into wednesday. it will run into the middle of high that's bringing us the most beautiful weather it's almost like a bermuda high.
