details. >> reporter: sarah, jeaninne akerman grew up in south jersey. she was one of the two gym employees killed by a gunman in the saturday workplace shooting in pla. she in florida. she fired the man because of workplace violence. wilson returned shooting akerman and killed another employee before turning the gun on himself. akerman served as general manager at the gym. before that she work at a number of high end hotels in miami. the gym released a statement saying she was a kind and caring soul a person we all loved and her memoriry will never be forgotten. reporting live in monroeville,
