contacted the social security office. the suspect had a birth certificate and social security card, rather under the dead child's name since the mid 90s. >> it was a casual search o that ended in an arrest after a baby was listed on the family tree as still alive. >> the relative who died in 1972, according to ancestry.com was alive and living in pennsylvania. >> the 100 block of west 6th street. they found the suspect living under the name nathan. john was charged in the '90s for intis si with a child. >> he went to a local cemetery and found the date of birth of an individual close to his so he knew the individual was dead and someone he could impersonate.
