50-year-old man was shot in the chest and leg. he died at the hospital. a second man was taken to cooper university hospital in a private car. "action news" said that man was shot multiple times. this morning an alleged drug dealer in montgomery county locked up in jail. police say he killed a client by providing him with opioids that led to an overdose. "action news" reporter, bob brooks explains it's an example how authorities are doing everything they can to hold drug dealers responsible. >> reporter: this is a picture of 52 roger korfmann last month he passed away he found by a made dead inside a hotel in upper merion. investigator say he had a belt wrapped around his arm. he overdosed on a combination of heroin and fentanyl. attorney general and upper merion police arrested his killer. his drug dealer, 44-year-old angel leon. >> we're going after people who are dealing drugs and looking at

them as homicide cases. >> reporter: officials say by tracking korfmann's cell phone text they found leon as the dealer. they raided his home in philadelphia. heroin, a loaded pistol, cash, a scale with heroin residue, they charged him with drug delivery resulting in death. >> it equates to third degree murder. >> reporter: the opioid epidemic in montgomery county is growing out of control. the drug fentanyl is 50 times more powerful than heroin. >> montgomery county alone 249 people died of overdoses last year. >> once the users find out someone died from an overdose, they want to go buy that bag. >> reporter: along with the attorney general josh pa -- shah shah -- shapiro said this is a warning to all drug dealers in the state. >> heroin mixed with fentanyl
