hoping to chip away at campaign promise, calling for review of a visa program he said is bad for american workers. today in wisconsin, the president will sign an executive order called buy american, hire american. the order specifically targets the h1b, visa program, asking for departments to suggest reforms to ensure that the right people are accessing these types of visas. now the administration argues that this program currently takes high paying, highly technical and high specialty jobs away from american workers, and allows companies to hire foreigners willing to work for less. >> arlette, while the president is in wisconsin he will be closely watching a race down in georgia today. to try to fill former congressman tom price's seat. what can we expect in the race? >> this is really a big test for democrats. could be a barometer for whether democrats can retake the house in 2018. democrats poured significant amount of resources into this race.

$8 million to help boost a newcomer, 30-year-old the front-runner in the race. even president trump is concerned about his prospects, singling him out on twitter saying that he is calling him a quote super liberal and recording a robocall specifically targeting him. this is a very crowded race. 18 candidates. the big question now is whether the front-runner can avoid a run-off. a very good chance he could get more votes than republican opponents. what he really needs to do right now make sure he gets more than 50% of the vote to avoid a run-off. overnight, president trump did seem to lower expectations for republicans in a tweet saying so many republicans in the race that "a run-off will be a win." bottom line here, if the front-runner, if he is able to win this outright tonight in georgia, it is a very good sign and the first sign that democrats have a chance of flipping the house in 2018.

not so much on other teen things. thousands participated in the 121st boston marathon. one racer carrying an american flag. jose luis sanchez, lost his leg in afghanistan in 2011 when he stepped on an ied. hasn't slowed him down. not a little bit. his second boston marathon. he finished the race in under 6 hours. raising the flag high as he crossed the line. he said his goal was to inspire others. i'm sure he did that indeed. >> yeah, another runner of note returning to the starting line. she was the first woman to run in the race 50 years ago.
