president, joe biden, is part of the ceremony taking place across the historic neighborhood all morning. katherine scott is live now with more on the city's newest museum. >> reporter: hi sara, that ribbon cutting is about to take place. the crowd is standing for a beautiful rendition of america the beautiful and joe biden just left the podium and they spoke about the poshs of this museum for the city and for the country. the opening was certainly grand for the museum of the american revolution. the day began in washington square. a tribute at the tomb of the unknown soldier of the revolution an inter faith service followed by a wreath laying. the grand opening took place on the 242 anniversary of the shot heard round the world that
