it's a free download for your mobile device. 9 old -- 9:02 a.m., police are working to tracker down a person who shot a man on the front porch in for the philadelphia. the action cam was there as police investigated outside the home on 18th and susquehanna streets at 2:15 a.m., the victim was shot several times. he was taken to temple university hospital. police are looking for the shooter. this morning a conostoga high school's teacher's aid is arrested for having sex with a student. bob brooks has more. >> reporter: do you have anything to say about this? he didn't say anything, it's hard to imagine what's going through the head of arthur phillips from the parking lot to the chester district court he was heading to jail. the husband and father from wayne is facing charges for having sex with one of his

16-year-old students from conostoga high school. >> it is sad because he was in a place of authority. he should have known better. according to court documents, phillips met the victim at the beginning of the school year, he worked as an instructional aid at the television production studio. the complaint says the child described incidents and the child said no. phillips would pick the teen up in his car around the home and park somewhere. the child indicated they had more than ten encounters. the child would tell the defendant no, she did not wanted to it. when phillips realized the situation had come to light he crashed his car in the car was a note on it was written i was just a guy trying to help a kid and boundaries just got gray. when this started the student was 15 years old.

phillips faces numerous counts of aggravated indecent assault and institutional sexual assault. the arrest is on the same day one year ago when another conostoga teacher was arrested christine towers was charge with having sex with a 16-year-old student, she is serving 11 to 23 month sentence in county jail. the school sent home a letter alerting parents of the situation, as for phillips he has been suspended from his duties while the case plays out. reporting from conostoga high school. bob brooks channel 6 "action news." >> in a new interview, president trump says dreamers will not be deported. now dreamers are almost the 800,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the u.s. as children they are protected by the deferred action for child arrival program enacted by president obama.

president trump agreed not to eliminate. when asked if they could stay, the president trump said the dreamers can rest easy. the trump administration is taking a strong stance against the sanctuary cities, the justice department sent a letter to the city saying approve that they are complying with immigration laws, the documentation must be sent to federal authorities by april 30th. jeff chirico has reaction from both sides of the issue in the next half-hour. this morning vice president mike pence shook hands with australia's prime minister malcom turnbull, they called on china to pressure north korea to drop its weapons program. they stood by an obama eer are - era agreement.

use this to set up what we're watching monday and tuesday, moist we're seeing is in advance this. this upper level low dropped down from canada. as it continues to travel east it will start to slow down and become cut off from the main flow of traffic the jet stream which is sitting here. this low will come to a crawl as we head into monday and tuesday, because of the proximity to the viewing area, that means a lot of clouds return to the region monday and tuesday and showers return and that means heavier rain. today is gray and dreary. tomorrow, the high pushes this farther to the south. monday and tuesday, it reloads and more wet weather moves into the region. light stuff for the most part, every now and then we'll pick up a steadier shower. 2:00 p.m., same thing light scattered stuff, not too heavy. 6:30, 7:00. cloudy with leftover showers, if
