the baby's fate is not known. a car and pick up collided in pen salem bucks county at 1:00 p.m. the impact hurled a person on to route 1 on street road. we're waiting for an update on that person's condition. state police are sorting out who or what caused the wreck. 7:03. massive pot party busted. philadelphia police shut down a so-called smoke session and arrested a group of marijuana smokers. the smokers call it a big misunderstanding. "action news" was there as officers led away the people for questioning. neighbors say the smoke sessions are a nuisance, but those involved believed there's a larger purpose. >> reporter: it's a marijuana smoke session that's gone up in smoke. philadelphia police shut down what we've been told the philly smoke session inside the warehouse. the signen on the front reads
