illegal drug partiy. 22 people are facing charges. it was a weekend raid on a huge party police say broke a long list of laws. >> in addition to the illegal activity in the warehouse was the venue itself. specters say 200 people were crammed into what authorities described as a potential death trap. annie mccormick is live at police headquarters with more. >> 22 people were arrested. many are still being processed tonight. sources say two organizers are facing serious charges, not just the drugs but the property where they held the event. >> police arrested 22 people just before 8:00 p.m. at this frankfurt warehouse during saturday night's philly smoke

approaching 295. there was a child inside the vehicle at the time. police say no one was injured. officers took everyone to cooper university ho hospital for furtr information. of officers responding to three shootings since 5:30 this evening, the latest one at 8:00, at 60th and clanked letter in the cobbs creek section. a man was shot in the back and leg. he's in hospital tonight. >> earlier a 20-year-old man was murdered near longshore. then about 6:30 this evening, a 22-year-old man was shot in west philadelphia along south 55th street. he was rushed to presbyterian hospital. he remains in critical condition. no arrests. >> a 69-year-old man was killed

crossing the roosevelt boulevard in northeast philadelphia. it happened near smiley road about 1:30. christie ileto tha has details. >> the family identified him as melford pinckney. it appears he h hesitated as he tried to jaywalk and he got hit. >> he flew into the air and landed in the grass. >> lewis describes the final moments of the 69-year-old man that tried to jaywalk sunday afternoon. >> he was approaching the third lane, outer lane. he was in between the cars. he was second guessing what he wanted to do. i was like, oh no. he got hit. i listened and it was like a small boom. >> according to a grandson that

spoke to "action news" on scene, melford pinckney left his home. they didn't know where he was going or why he chose not to drive. the last thing his wife said to him was be careful. >> i was saying, i hope he's okay. >> a witness chose not to show his face. >> it was sad to see him like that. >> the driver stayed on scene. the victim was taken to einstein hospital and pronounced dead. stuffed animals and flowers are a testament to the dangerous pedestrian scheerns attempting to cross. residents argue that crossing at any spot is a gamble with your safety. >> it's the most terrifying thing i have ever seen. it was crazy. >> now his family declined to speak on camera understandably so. they said pinckney used to cross
