an 18-year-old girl was killed. he seemed to target one pedestrian. rojas was arraigned today, charged with 20 counts of attempted murder and one count of murder. >> disgraced new york congressman anthony weiner admitted today that he sent sexual images to a high school student he knew was just 15 years old. he could spend years behind bars and must register as a sex offender. his wife, a top aide to clinton filed for divorce. >> 90 facilities are receiving subsidies from the sugary drink tax. you have uncovered some troubling findings. >> when you talk about soda tax money, they get $8,500 for each

seat added. one in four, the newly approved facilities have missing or incomplete fbi or state police clearances in recent years and our findings don't end there. >> we reviewed dozens of human service also inspection reports and found facilities with mandatory background checks for employment, check references and require fire safety training including the western learning center in south philadelphia. our investigation found there are 81 violations since 2012. this past december, an inspected cited the facility 35 times for missing background checks or training. >> half of the violations were based upon the files not being onsite.
