south and east of baltimore. so we're not threw with this yet. effortly -- eventually we expect the entire batch to shift toward the east. the swatch that's being seeing the heavy rain since dawn this morning is under a flood advisory. this is up until 1:00 p.m. i could see it go past that. our big concern is streets and poor drainage areas taking on water. you want to be careful traveling at too high a speed on the roads covered by green. you could hit the piledup water that has not had a chance to run off. this morning we showed you rain on the other side the washington, d.c. it's pushing toward the east. over the next several hours it will filter to the i-95 corridor and head to the shore. 60 degrees is the current temperature. 57 degrees in allentown. 58 in trenton. 60 in wilmington, very even

done by the people of pittsburgh and allegheny county to make this happen and looking forward to getting the trial. >> it's the beginning of jury selection moved from montgomery to pittsburgh. the selection process got underway an hour ago around 11:00 a.m. the hopes to find an impartial jury in western pennsylvania and bring them to montgomery county for the trial early next month. we asked cosby about that. >> do you think this will be a fair jury out of pittsburgh. again no response. >> reporter: the jury will determine whether he is guilty of aggravate indecent assault against andrea constan each carrying a ten year prison term. constan said cosby invited her to his home where he drugged and molested her. cosby said the sex was consensual and the drugs he gave her was nothing more than benadryl. constan is one of dozens of women who accuse cosby of a similar style attack. one additional accuser will get

to testify during the trial which is set to last two weeks. picking the jury here a lengthy process it is said to go until 4:30 p.m. and it has to continue tomorrow and people get called back, that will happen. the judge addressed the jurors saying this is a trial unlike any trial that's ever happened in the commonwealth of pennsylvania. bob brooks channel 6 "action news." >> from our delaware newsroom, police are investigating a shooting involving an off-duty state trooper. the trooper said she shot her boyfriend after he began assaulting her. authorities have been removing evidence from champion's drive in pike creek. they were taken to the hospital for treatment. katherine scott will have more on the investigation in the next half-hour. the cause of a suspicious fire that killed a pregnant

woman in north philadelphia over the weekend is a mystery. residents fear this is a crime. jeanette reyes has been working the story all morning long and joins us live. jennette. >> reporter: sarah there are many unanswered questions, more than a day later still a police preference at the scene of a fire that's being called suspicious. police are tight lipped about the on going investigation, but they are not ruling out arson. this morning police kept watch over the home on the 2100 block of west is you susquehanna aven. they are guarding the scene that they are calling a suspicious fire. >> i came to the door and i saw flames coming out. >> reporter: police found the body of a 35-year-old woman who was five months pregnant. >> i think it is sad, because somebody lost a daughter, a sister, and a baby. >> reporter: authorities have stopped short of ruling the

blaze an arson pending further investigation and autopsy, but neighbors are stunned that it is not being ruled out. >> this is just crazy, because i don't see why somebody would want to kill a pregnant person and a baby. i walked past here everyday with my friend going to school. it's weird to realize that a fire happened over here and sobl possible killed that -- somebody possibly killed that person. >> i hope they find who did it and what happened to her. >> reporter: police are withholding the victim's name as are we until family members are notified. the investigation into the fire continues at this hour. report be live in north philadelphia, jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." sarah. thank you. two children suffered minor injuries in a collision involving a school bus this morning in newark, delaware. it happened just after 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of harmony road, the bus was carrying 30

gunman who opened fire on a man in his car in north philadelphia. the 28-year-old victim is in the hospital with the bullet wound in the hip. he was shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a car in the 1400 block of west york street at 11:20 p.m. a bullet went into a home here, nobody was hurt. philadelphia police are searching for the gunmen who opened fire on a group of people in strawberry mansion saturday night. nine people were hurt. >> we have report of a shooting multiple calls. >> 0 people were in the group singing and dancing.

neighbors say they are streaming the getting together on facebook live. two victims are in critical condition. no arrests have been made. a truck slammed into a building in delaware after it collided with another truck and then went partially into a wall on blue hen drive in newark. both drivers were taken to the hospital. the building stores chemicals, a horizon matt team was called -- a haz/mat team was called in to clean up something that spilled after the accident. smoke bellowed from an office building in stafford. the cause of the blaze is under investigation. a viewer sent us this video of a fiery truck crash that brought traffic to halt on the new new jersey turnpike. it occurred on past the black horse pike in the deptford area. no word of injuries. a bond hearing is scheduled

for a suspect accused of murdering a college student on maryland campus. sean urbansky is accused of stabbing season collins. he feels attacked at random. they looking at the stabbing death as a possible hate crime. he belonged to a facebook group where members post racist materials. i'll have more on the story at 12:30. a so-called bathroom bill appears to be moving forward in texas. it would force transgendered people to use the public restroom that matches the gender oh, their birth certificate. a similar bill is expected to pass the state house, but the amended version may apply to the public schools and not the general public. both version have support from the governor. students in camden are working to make their community a healthier one.
