explosion. inside, chaos, desperation to get out and get to safety. police say 19 didn't make it. they were killed by the blast or stampede. tonight, police seem convinced it was terrorism. it's monday night and the big story, a suspected terrorist attack at a concert in britain's second largest city, the death toll at 19. dann cuellar is in the satellite center with breaking news from manchester. >> jim, dash cam video captured the explosion. you see a flash of light and a boom before a man yells, no! >> the dash cam video was taken outside the manchester arena moments before the scramble to get out of the area.

the explosion happened moments after ariana grande finished the concert and left the stage. one witness described what happened next. >> we had a massive explosion. there was a lot of smoke. there was people on the floor. >> we had to get out because we didn't fo know what was happeni. >> video showed the bloody injured leaving the arena. the cause is not known but authorities suspect it was a suicide bomber. >> there were 18 to 24 people on the floor you could see were just straight ai off dead. >> we are currently treating this as a terrorist incident until we have further information. we are working with counter terrorism police and u.k.
