crew as rived on the scene we are told that they saw huge flames and heavy fire conditions and all we see at this point is some damage and some smoke lingering in the back of the building but the roof has caved in and crews are on the scene digging out and no word of injuries or what caused this. as soon as we get details we'll pass them along. the fate of a knowledge father accused of killing his 3-year-old son is now in the hands of the jury. deliberations began 20 minutes ago. david creato jr. is charged in the 2015 death of brendon creato. during the closing arguments. prosecutors said that creato killed his son to save his relationship with a teenage girlfriend. and the defense says he is the victim here and said there is no evident that he kill his son beyond a reasonable doubt. the investigation into a

north philadelphia fire has taken an unexpected turn as police investigate a death found inside of that home. the man that owned the building took his life overnight. sources tell "action news" that anthony eubanks committed suicide after being contacted by police about the death of sonia love. her body was found in a burning building on west susquehanna avenue. eubanks was facing charges for an attack against love. and that they had an on again off again relationship and they ruled the fire incendiary and have not released any other details. a 17-year-old girl is in critical condition after being hit by the subway in south philadelphia. we are told she fell on to the track as the train was approaching the station this morning. the engineer saw her fall but

airline a few weeks ago. this is from earlier this month when spirit airlines canceled 300 flights in a seven day period. right around the same time -- cheerleaders and their families in doylestown were scheduled to fly spirit for a year end competition in orlando. >> we happened to check in for our flight tomorrow and it showed canceled. you can imagine their reaction -- >> perplexed and shocked and crazy. >> and when they tried to get refunds, no compensation. we received the same email because we had to rebook our flights. >> after the troubleshooter contacted spirit we got this email. >> thanks for bringing this to our attention and we apologize to any invention to our customers, spirit is offering refunds or rebooking travelers to other flights including other airlines and as for the
