"action news" reporter, bob brooks has the details. >> investigators say the call came in, a baby was injured. the location this house in the 5800 block of willows avenue. the baby was rushed to children's hospital but has been pronounced dead. we spoke with neighbors who live next-door to where it happened. they say a couple new to the neighborhood recently moved in with their newborn they said

hello to the man who lives there. >> we see the guy every morning, he lives and goes to work, i saw the baby yesterday everything was fine. he was walking in, the baby sleeping. i said let me say, what's his name. >> reporter: it was a 6 week old. >> was it a boy or girl? >> reporter: a boy. >> reporter: homicide detectives are calling the death suspicious. we watched as they went in and out of the home. no details of the case have been disclosed. a case involving an infant a lot depend on the medical examiners results that way they have a clear picture of what happened. regardless of what the results show a weeks old baby has passed. the tragedy will stick in the mind of those in the neighborhood for a long time. >> i've got one of my own,

washington, d.c. shooting spree. the judge cited a 2012 u.s. supreme court ruling that found mandatory life senses for juveniles to be unconstitutional. he still has a life sentence in maryland, but he could use the same argument there. accomplice john allen muhammad was executed in 2009. ten people died in the spree. today british police arrested two more men in connection with the manchester area bombing. 11 suspects are in custody. 22 people were killed in the attack and 100 others injured. investigators have learned that the suspected bomber traveled to libya in april. ariana grande will hold a benefit concert in manchester for the victims and their families. the bombing attack came at the end of her show. the singer said the event will honor and raise money for those

it is all there at your finger tips on your phone or tablet. time now, 65:00 a.m., -- 6:35 a.m., police are searching for the driver of a minivan that hit and killed a woman. the woman said to be in her 50s was struck near beaver dam road around 11:50 p.m. she was in the crosswalk at the time. the driver hit her and turned down bath road leaving the woman to die in the streets. investigators talked to us about the suspect's vehicle. >> the description that we're being provided by witnesses is a dark colored minivan possibly a nissan extensive damage to the front, miss ago headlight one witness reports it being the passenger side headlight. if you have any information about the minivan they want to

hear from you. officers are trying to determine if that woman had the right-of-way at the time of the tragedy. new this morning, a philadelphia police car collided with another car that happened in south philadelphia. late night wreck happened at 22nd and wolf. 28-year-old officer as well as the driver and the passenger in the other car both in their 60s were taken to einstein medical center. we are told that everyone is expected to be okay. police have not said however, if the officer was going to a call or not. 71-year-old man is in the hospital this morning after he was shot by a robber. the encounter happened around midnight on the 5500 block of wyalusing street in west philadelphia. police say the suspect held up the victim when the victim resisted that's when the suspect shot him in the leg and hand. the gunman ran away. medics took the victim to penn presbyterian where's in stable

condition. new allegations surfaced around president trump's son-in-law and advisor, jared kushner. according to russian reports the russian ambassador said kushner wanted to set up a secret communication channel between trump transition team and the kremlin. federal investigators are probing the president trump russian connections there's no evidence that kushner is a target of the probe. fbi summoned trump's sons to inform them that foreign hackers were trying to penetrate the computers of the trump organization. eric trump said that none of company's computers were compromised. >> day two at the g7 for trump as he wraps up his nine day international tour. his trip started in saudi arabia and israel. he will end that trip with a
