the jury has continued deliberating the fate of a south jersey father accused of killing his young son and the white house communications director has resign add mid more staffing changes. >> and the big story is a local 7-eleven clerk gunned down during a robbery. he was shot by one of two s&ps during the holeup in the tacony section of philadelphia. katherine scott is live. >> reporter: there weren't any customers inside of the store. just two employees, one of them was shot during the course of the robbery and he was taken to the hospital in stable condition. >> a clerk shot and this 7-eleven robs on the 6900 block of torresdale avenue in tacony. >> i have been coming here for yea years. >> i'm not surprised the area was targeted it's a high crime rate. >> own two employees were inside

of the store when two suspects arrived. one stayed outside as a lookout, a mask covering his face. the other masked man approached the clerk. >> he walked in and pointed the gun, and requested money and the other employee put his hands up. >> and the other suspect loaded the cash and told the employee to open the other register. which he said he was unable to do. >> the suspect got mad and fired at the employee, and the employee got hit in the upper right arm area. and after that the shooter fired another shot into the ceiling. >> both suspects fled east, and one was found on a roof and taken into custody. at this point he is called a person of interest. >> we had officers from the 15th district and k-9 officers in pursuit trying to find the male

checking all the allies. >> investigators have voice voice of the incident from start to finish but so far they have not release tropical disturbance. channel 6 "action news." >> katherine, thank you. a 14-year-old boy who died in a shooting last night is identified this noon. police say that tiemere frazier was killed on orleans street in the port richmond section of philadelphia. a second victim a 16-year-old boy was located on birch street and taken to the hospital in stable condition. conditions. any signs of sunshine today? >> not today rick. i don't think we'll see any sun at all today. we have clouds and some showers creating some downpours and a lightning strike that began in our area. this is stormtracker 6 live double scan we had a weak disturbance and over the past couple of hours, the showers have just really bubbled out from this. we are looking at heavier downpours from honey brook and those are lightning flashes in the last 15 minutes, at 322 in pottstown, are you really getting wet and landsdowne and doylestown and in south jersey in woodbury heavy near route 55 and burlen as well. these showers are slow to push out of here and i want to show you this on stormtracker 6 live double scan here is the weak disturbance moving through allowing showers to blossom through the area. here is the front hitting us later on today. once we have this moved through we get a cold front swinging

zach, channel 6 "action news." we are learning now details about tiger woods dui arrest in into, a police report released today says an officer found the golfer's mercedes parked near the woods with him sleeping behind the wheel. he was slow with slurred speech. a blood test came back negative for alcohol. the 14 time major champion is recovering from back surgery and released a statement blaming his arrest on prescription medication. after a break for the memorial day holiday, a jury resumed deliberations in david creato's murder trial. the south jersey father is accused of killing his 3-year-old son. john rawlins is live at courthouse in camden where the jury asked to review more evidence this morning. >> reporter: hi rick, actually the request for the evidence came last week, it was a rather large request and they only got

to the last part of it this morning it was an audio replay of testimony. and the jury spent 45 minutes listening to an audio replay of earlier court testimony from a detective and display of a powerpoint log of social media contents between david creato and his girlfriend. and it lists contacts through phone and snap chas and texting. after the little boy was reported missing by the defendant. the jury requested this last week among other things, the recording of the 2015 interrogation of creato where detectives first told creato his son was found dead. >> no no no no! no no no. >> follow that emotional out burst it shows he regained his

uniform in the upper 50s and low 60s right now in the area. satellite 6 along with action radar showing lots of clouds and here we see the showers moving through the city and here is the front coming through later on. once we get this batch of showers that pushes through we get the front coming through later on and another chance of a shower or thunderstorm a bit more organizes later on. for the afternoon and evening commute wet at times and 2:00 we see the showers trying to move out and may be dry at 4:00 and 6:00, 64 degrees, well below the average high of 78 and 8:0064 and later tonight at 8:00 and 10:00 we see more showers and a thunderstorm try to develop. and the fog forms again overnight and driving through that in the morning 60 for the overnight low. lets look at future tracker 6 tomorrow and another shot of precipitation as another shot comes through. this is tomorrow late afternoon
