west honey park avenue, one pointed a gun at his head and the other went through his pockets. they ran away with the victim's phone after hitting him in the face. a delaware man is now behind bars accused of hurling racial slurs and impersonating an officer. this is 30-year-old joseph dually of bear. delaware state police say he made the racist comments on seasons pizza on polanski highway and told a woman to move her car and the victim recorded the incidents and that helped police arrest him. >> and a large tree crashed into three cars this morning out along conestoga road in wayne. that is where the tree came down at 9:00 this morning, blocking most of the roadway until 1:00 this afternoon. officials say that the three cars were hit by the tree and one person needed to be taken to the hospital and that was only for observation.

hasn't been since early in the morning that we received abupdate from officials. there are parts of the story we are trying to clarify, we hope it happens at the briefing and the child remains in critical condition at einstein. the child tells us that test results show that she is brain dead. the girl's mother found the child unresponsive in the family's basement with a plastic bag over her head. police and the special crime scenes unit spent the day here in olney trying to figure out how a 7-year-old girl ended up with a plastic bag over her head in their home overnight. >> that is the hardest part we see her play all the time and it's scary to know that she is in the hospital. with we are all praying for her. >> police were called at 1:00 in the morning. police told the officer that her 18-year-old son took off with her car and went inside t
