while police are talking to persons of interest, there have been no arrests. it is friday night. the big story on "action news" tonight is an outbreak of gun violence on the streets of this city. the tyne ager was killed 10th and fulton. then 9th and occur lynn on west 23rd and 9th. it may be the three shootings are connected. dann cuellar is at police headquarters. a lot to talk about. >> a lot, jim. a 15-year-old has been charged with pointing a gun at an officer and related offences. two others continue to be held in a rash of violence. tonight, in an effort to stem further violence, police say it's all hands on deck. >> every police officer currently working from every division, personnel, records

have decided to outsource safety needs. they are being encouraged to apply for the new jobs. >> lee caplin, the bucks county man accused of sexual assaulting six girls from an amish family and fathering children with one of them. the parents gifted the girs to the 52-year-old caplin in exchange for financial help. >> the community is trying to put an end to illegal practices at stop and go stores. protesters say the businesses are classified as restaurants but don't operate as such. some of the stores sell shots of alcohol but don't have restroom and are not handicap accessible.
