threat we face. terrorism breeds terrorism. >> reporter: three men accused of speeding across the london bridge running down pedestrians and unleashing a violent assault in borough market. seven dead and dozens more injured, some critically. police cornered and killed the suspects appeared to be wearing explosive vests that turned out to be fake. no word if authorities found any material or paraphernalia at the attackers home. one lived in east london for three years and married with two children. >> you would see them every now and then say hello, that's what it is about. it's shocking to see someone living next-door to you would do that. >> reporter: this assault came days before the national elections which will go on as planned. live in the sat center, christie ileto channel 6 "action news." walter? >> much more to come on the story, for sure.

>> reporter: "world news" sunday continues to track developments including the latest from london after "action news" at 6:30. as the investigation into the terror attack continues thousands attended a concert today to honor the victims of the terror attack in manchester. ♪ somewhere over the rainbow grand grand who had just left the -- ariana grande who had just left the stage when the attack took place. you can watch highlights from the one love manchester concert right here on 6abc tonight. the one hour special airs at midnight after "action news" at 11:00 p.m. and sports sunday. "fyi philly" follows at 1:00 a.m. it was a scene in bucks county today a bear was spotted running through neighborhoods in feasterville. crews cornered the annual when it climbed up a tree. it turned out tranquilizers were not enough to bring him down.

annie mccormick is live at the scene with the latest. annie. >> reporter: walter this one officials don't know if one of the tranquilizers that they did shoot made contact with the bear, if it was able to do anything at all. that is the tree the bear remains in. bills street road is below the street, a four lane highway it was shut down for an hour, three lanes are open again. the concern the bear may fall on to the roadway or run into traffic and hurt someone. this is video showing the bear in the tree in the backyard of a home hoover avenue and street road. game officials tried to shoot tranquilizers at the bear. the black bear was spotted sunday before making its way up the tree in the backyard of a hoover avenue house. there's cell phone video taken of the bear by residents. this was the same bear seen earlier today as he opened a gate and also made his way through the neighborhood.

actually it opened the gate by himself. local fire officials and state team officials responded using a tranquilizer gun, they don't know if they worked. they think one hit the bear, but soon after he ran back up the tree. >> our feeling is, he is up the tree, he will get hurt seriously even with the air bags, we'll hope he come out on his down and leave him alone for a while. >> reporter: back out here live there's a lot of spectators for the feasterville bear. they tell us it is a two-year-old male bear. there was another bear spotted in doylestown. it's hard to tell if they are one and the same. >> bears attract a crowd. thank you annie. moving on to the accuweather forecast, it was not a bad day, not a great day, either. the workweek ahead promises a

philadelphia ended with a home completely destroyed. the fire broke out on the 2600 block of sheridan street. crews were able to gain the upper hand quickly and everyone got out safely. no word on the cause. a 24-year-old father was gunned down overnight in west philadelphia. the victim was shot at 56th and market around 4:00 p.m. he was taken to penn presbyterian hospital where he was pronounced a short time later. no arrests have been made at this time. the bill cosby sexual assault trial is expected to begin tomorrow in norristown. cosby is expected not to take the stand, andrea constan is expected to testify and tell her story in public for the first time. constan the former temple university basketball team staffer, maintains she was drugged and sexually assaulted back in 20004. he said the encounter was consensual. it was an emotional reunion
