"action news" reporter dann cuellar is live in norristown tonight. dan? >> jim, the courthouse was flooded with news organizations from around the world for bill cosby. he is arguably one of the most famous celebrities. noticeably absent from the courthouse was his wife camile. >> predictably, bill cosby said nothing after leaving the courthouse. kristin tried to establish a pattern b by calling another woman. kelly johnson never made eye contact with the comedian saying

a timeline of events leading up today one and the key player in the case. >> tonight, a wanted fugitive in bucks county is in custody. that mean it is elusive bear wandering through the communities and wound up in a tree in feasterville most of this day behind the swim club. "action news" viewer bill captured the activity when wildlife officials tranquilized the one and a half year male, estimated weight 150-pounds. they plan to take the animal to another part of the state and release him into the wild. a break in a 16-inch water main has left 85 homes without water in abington township.

more orless the 900 block is christie ileto. what is the update there? >> jim, utility crews are working around the clock trying to dig through the damaged main of this gaping hole. residents tell us this could be much worse. >> 85 homes are relying on this truck for water for the evening. a 16-inch water main burst sending gallons of water down the neighborhood. picturesfrom chopper 6 show it took crews hours before they could turn off the water. >> it was gushing like a river, unbelievable. >> what was running through your mind at that point? >> what is going on? what is going on? >> the sheer force of the water caused debris runoff and left a hole on the road.

to death will spend 12 to 42 years in prison. katy moore was sentenced for killing athena wolf in their apartment. prosecutors say moore went into a violent rage over the toddler's behavior and made up a story that the girl hit her head on a door while playing. >> police have released surveillance video of the bike riding suspects that shot a father and his toddler, may 19th, 3300 block of walter street in kensington when the gunmen road up on their bikes saying this is our block. the 25-year-old was shot in the knee. the two-year-old was shot four times but has been released. >> "action news" reporter annie mccormick is live in sharon hill

where members of a school community came out to remember one of their own tonight. annie? >> four academy park high school students were involved in the accident. they were inside an suv that went airborne. when it crashed, one was killed, two in the hospital and a fourth suffered minor injuries. >> tonight at this darby township park hundreds surrounded the smiths, their teen son a high school junior died sunday night in a three car collision on 95. smith was one of four teens tees traveling in an suv that hit a car. the crash threw smith and two others from the car. they were not wearing seatbelts. smith died at the scene. the driver is 17-year-old dmeer

>> jim, the drivers and passengers that were in the two other vehicles involved in the three vehicle accident suffered a range of injuries from minor to moderate. they have been interviewed by state police. at this point, police say this is an ongoing investigation. reporting live on sharon hill, annie mccormick, back to you. >> police have released the father of danielle selby sr. help his son get away. he was taken into custody for failure to appear on a drug charge. after a ruse where he pretended to be sick, he pushed a deputy and ran off in doylestown still hanhandcuffed causing a neighborhood lockdown.

police accused selby of picking his son up this morning and bropping him off this afternoon. we are learning more about the terror unleashed in london over the weekend and three men in the attack. two men were identified, a 27-year-old and 30-year-old. the third attacker has not been identified. all three were killed by police. british police say the 12 people they arrested sunday have been released without charge. >> meanwhile the mayor of london has found himself engaged in a feud with president trump even as he tries to manage the aftermath of the tragedy. yesterday he said this. >> we'll see an increased peace presence today and next few days. no reason to be alarmed. one of the things we need to do is be safe as we can be.

[ laughter ] but here's the thing. it's very simple to follow if you really want to follow it. on the campaign trail it was banned. when the president signed it, it wasn't a ban. when he was asked about what he signed, it was a ban. when the courts challenged it, it wasn't a ban. and then when he tweeted about it from the bathroom this morning, it was a ban again. okay? [ laughter ] he's been very consistent on this. [ cheers and applause ] and of course this -- when you think about it on a human level, this has to be maddening for white house stress secretary sean spicer. [ laughter ] this is a guy, he specifically went out in front of the press and insisted that this was not a travel ban. >> first of all, it's not a travel ban. >> jimmy: and now trump is in all caps saying it is a travel ban. and i can only imagine how sean spicer reacted when he read that tweet from his boss this morning. i imagine it went something like this. >> something that the white house is actually doing.

donald trump comes out and undermines what they're saying. for example, sean spicer, when he said this is not a muslim ban, this is not a travel ban, and then the president tweets he wants his travel ban and he doesn't even like the watered-down one that jeff sessions, his attorney general, was proposing. [ cheers and applause ] >> jimmy: don't worry, it will all be over very soon. meanwhile, megyn kelly started her new show last night with an interview of vladimir putin in which putin denied meddling in our election. you know, actually, i think we need to use a different word because meddling is how scooby doo catches people pretending to be ghosts. it doesn't apply to this situation. anyway, putin told her he hasn't seen any direct proof of russian interference in the u.s. presidential election. so there you go. that settles that. [ laughter ] he said he thinks our lives must be very boring because we're making up all this stuff about

trump and russia and the election. there's one particularly revealing moment when megyn kelly pressed him about what kind of information he may or may not have on our president. >> there have been questions in america about donald trump's finances. he hasn't released his tax returns. there have been questions about this secret russian dossier which he says is fake but which purports to have blackmail information in it generated by the russians. there have been questions about the communications between the kremlin and the trump campaign. all of which has americans asking, do you have something damaging on our president? >> translator: no, i don't. that is silly. the media is making up stories. they are bored. it's ridiculous. i don't have anything damaging on president trump. except for the hotel pee-pee tapes. now it makes sense. today is an important day for the environment. remember the environment, that green and blue thing in the background of your instagram photos? well, today is world environment day. it's a day of worldwide awareness and action for the protection of our environment, celebrated by more than 100 countries. i should say 99 countries now. president trump celebrated -- he had a very special celebration today. he flew his private jet two blocks away to a kfc and then dumped the empty chicken bucket in the potomac, which was nice. [ laughter ] happy world environment day, everyone. enjoy it. it's the last one.
