bloomquist is on assignment. in the news the prosecution continues the sexual assault case against comedian bill cosby and one day away from the highly anticipated testimony from domy. and breaking news from radnor township. moments ago chopper 6 hd was over the chipotle restaurant on the 300 block of lancaster pike, police have shut down this location and arrested a restaurant employee for selling marijuana. there is a large police presence at the scene right now and we have a "action news" crew there with details and bringing you more information as it becomes available from radnor township. in montgomery county the sexual assault trial against bill cosby has entered its third day. he arrived at the courthouse this morning and the lawyers continued the cross-examination of andrea constand who says that cosby drugged and sexually

david murphy is here with the lightest from accuweather. >> warm-up is coming and it's not here yet and it's cool across the region and not much showing up on stormtracker 6 we the sound and we don't have to worry about rain for the rest of the day. holes in the clouds and occasionally you see patches of blue and a chance over the next several hours there is more of a sunny break out right now mostly cloudy with a few sunny breaks and chilly as i mentioned. 61 in philadelphia and 62 in wilmington and 62 in allentown an degrees in cape may. we started out in the mid-50s across the region and some of u seen the temperatures come up. maybe 5 to 6 degrees since the early start of the morning. winds are not all that strong up to 9 miles per hour but enough of a breeze to notice the winds pop up to 13 to 14 miles per
