at a main line restaurant better known for serving up burritos. offices convirgined on this restaurant in radnor township rounding up three people one an employee serving up marijuana to customers. this bust comes after a month long investigation? >> reporter: that is right monica, in the end a young woman was arrested on misdemeanor drug charges but the two primary suspects face felony drug charges and the main suspect suspected of using the restaurant as his main drug spot. >> officers moved in on the chipotle restaurant at noon today. >> they came out here with the intense of buying a significant amount of marijuana that happens the individual taken into custody has what we estimated a half pound of marijuana.

the primary suspect is identified as chipotle employee robert lane of philadelphia. also arrested is a coconspirator is 24-year-old. and after the arrests the drug sniffing dogs led investigators to a toilet tank in a mens bathroom filled what is believe ed to be drug paraphernalia and garbage and led them to the car that was linked to someone in the case. and that has been towed away by authorities and we spoke to people eating lunch at the time of the arrest. >> i turned to my left and see someone tackled on the ground and being arrested and it caught me off guard and the cop said everyone get out now. >> we feel like the dogs coming in and sniffing everything and it was pretty crazy. >> health officials were on the scene determining if any of the food was tainted with anything linked to the investigation.

they say that no drug residue was discovered but they found substandard conditions in the kitchen. >> today it's something in my opinion, it's not acceptable and i think hour health expeinspecti know right fow made them throw away all the food. >> chipotle is expected to reopen sometime tomorrow. this is the fourth type bust in the radnor the past few years and the latest one was last week where a bartender was accused of selling cocaine from his place of employment. channel 6 "action news." >> thank you walter. accuser andrea constand took the stand for the second day in the trial against bill cosby. and the defense tried to pick apart her account before and after the 2004 encounter. vernon odom is live with the details of today's testimony.

>> reporter: good evening monica, constand had trouble remembering details of statements she made to police all of those years ago when the allegations first came out. today bill cosby said he will not testify at his trial but the jury heard his voice late today in a phone call taped by andrea constand's mother taped at their home in ontario, canada. >> her mother gee an atook the witness stand describing the encounter and the mother talked about how she talked to him on the telephone with her daughter on the line. and that he admitted to fondling her breasts and body part during the incident at mansion. and he kept asking if he was interested in a sports casting career and he was willing to pay

auburn road. the trooper lost control and crashed into a tree. the trooper suffered non-life-threatening injuries. >> and the armed robber that targeted a wawa was probably not banking on a fight but a brave bystander took action than was captured on camera. gray hall spoke with the man and joins us with the story. >> reporter: monica, this was a selfless act even police are commenting on that man's bravery. the good samaritan is banged up and bruised but if it meant saving someone's life it was worth it. a wawa attempted robbery caught on camera. a man wear a mask and carrying a gun entered the wawa and demanded the employees get down he may have expected to get away with cash but ran into a good

samaritan that shed he would not let this crime happen in his neighborhood. he fell back and wrestled with the suspect identified as alexander ray. >> hold him down and separate him from the gun and hold him for the authorities those were the three things that played a part in my mind. >> the good samaritan goes by the name of darryl and does not want to release his last name for fear of retaliation and never thought about his safety and saw the fear in the eyes of the wawa employees and knew he had to do something. >> fighting and fighting and at some point he requested that i let him go? could i let him go? and let him leave? he is sorry, it was a little bit late for that. >> darryl fought with that suspect and was able to get the gun way from him and hold him down until police got to the scene. officers were shocked by darryls reaction to the crime. >> that was a gutsy type deal to decide to do that when you see

christopher wray was chris christie's personal lawyer and it comes days before the highly participated testimony of ousted director james comey. sara bloomquist joins us live from washington, d.c. and details of comey's testimony were released today. >> reporter: monica that is right. tomorrow is the main event, former fbi director james comey set to testify before the senate select committee on intelligence. this afternoon that committee released comey's opening statement and reveals that the president repeatedly pressed him for loyalty and lift the cloud of the russia investigation. >> we know from the opening statement that former fbi director james comey will paint a picture of a president seemingly obsessed with him and ending the the russian investigation and an uncomfortable one-on-one dinner at the white house on january 27th. the president said, i need loyalty and expect loyalty.

low light if you like a cool june or not. yesterday 69 degrees and 67 degrees well below the normal of 80 degrees but the 80s be back here at the end of the week. sitting at 80 in the afternoon near trenton in wilmington upper 70s in the lehigh valley and at the shore there is a northwesterly wind that should cease any sea breeze from starting late in the day. we should be in the mid to upper 70s. and a cool northeasterly wind 67 allentown and trenton and 66 in philadelphia and mid-60s south jersey as well as delaware. satellite and radar shows again there were a few breaks in the cloud cover today at times, but if you take a look at the immediate shore there was this window of clear sky that developed with clouds to the west and east and a little bit of a winning forecast at the shore here this afternoon.
