ready to speak on camera. they won't rest until the truth is known. >> another police officer has been arrested in an off duty episode in the bar. the officer made threats in january. the 27-year-old williams turned herself in today. she has been an officer for seven years. authorities arrested a man for shooting a six-year-old kindergartner in the head. which he will sea outlaw has a criminal history. he is being held on $2 million bond tonight. >> the six-year-old remains in hospital. he was struck by gunfire tuesday afternoon while in the car with his mom. >> the prosecution has finished presenting its case in the 3weu8 cosby sexual assault trial.

cosby is accused of sexual assaulting andrea constand in 2004. the prosecution saved the best for last. in a deposition a decade ago cosby testified that he gave quaaludes to women he wanted to have sex with. he said he gave constand benadryl, but they suggested he may have given her conve quaalu. >> this is a trial. we have to come up with a move as well. >> if he does testify, he will be subject to cross-examinations, a long cross examination.

trial? i'm really getting -- [ audience moaning ] >> it's becoming hard to keep everything straight. [ applause ] the real bombshell from all of this was that yesterday, for the first time in maybe ever, donald trump didn't tweet. not even once. he didn't tweet. maybe we should have james comey testify before the senate every single day. [ cheers and applause ] so early this money he was at it again. he tweeted at 6:10 a.m., despite so many false statements and lies, total and complete vindication, and wow, comey is a leaker. so he's still got it. told reporters today he never told comey he hoped he'd let go of the investigation into national security adviser michael flynn. when they asked him if he has tapes -- trump insinuated he has tapes of the conversations. he didn't answer. he said, i'll tell you about that in a very short time and you're going to be very
