vernon lets begin with you, you have been at this trial all week. what should we be paying attention to right now jim, i pay attention to the nature of the juror's questions, how they seem to be framed and exactly what they want to know. they wanted the judge today to reread long portions of testimony one from a canadian detective, the first one to take andrea constand's complaints about the alleged sexual assault and one from bill cosby's deposition. >> bill cosby arrived without his wife this morning. today the jury spent nearly an hour listening to judge steven o'neil read back key testimony from a decade old testimony that constand gave in a civil suit against him. it was the night that she says the showbiz legend drugged her

and sexually assaulted her on the third visit to his cheltenham home. cosby gave explicit details about their heavy petting and fondling that night. he says that constand at that time never resisted and she testified she was too drugged to resist him. >> he said he gave her the equivalent of one and a half benadryl pills and that is all. and heard the testimony of dave mason the first police officer to interview andrea constand after she made the complaint and was back home in canada by then and the defense showed everything inconsistencies to the statements to the canadian officer can compared to what she told investigators here in 2005. >> of course jim it take a unanimous verdict and vote by the 12 jurors to win or get an

warning that the jury is coming back with a verdict. the longer deliberations go on that is typically better for the defense. brendon campbell a defense attorney. >> as a former prosecutor when the jury came back quick that was a good thing to me and the defense attorney the longer they are out there the better off you are. >> why is that? >> because they are questioning. there are questions. >> he believes that the defense should have been allowed to present a statement who said she was a former roommate of constand, she said she could set up a high-profile person that said she was sexually assaulted and get money. they did not allow the evidence calling it hearsay. >> and i think she was a key component and the public need to know what miss constand has done has not been truthful.
