northeast at 20 to 25 miles per hour that's pretty much the idea for today. looking at mainly cloudy skies, extremely humid air, with all the humidity, all that moisture in the air you can just about expect a shower or thunderstorm at any point in time during the day. it's not going to be a wash, but again at any point in time there could be a shower or thunderstorm. look at the dewpoints this is comparable to what they see in tampa, new orleans, houston. dover, 73. wilmington, 70. millville. 72. closing in on 70 in philadelphia. cape may you're there. trenton, 66. poconos 64. you get higher than 72 or 73 that's straight awful. that's what it feels like this morning. forecast for today, warm and very sticky, scattered showers or thunderstorms highs around 83 degrees. i'll have the rest of the father's day weekend forecast in just a few minutes. >> thank you for the update. no verdict jury

deliberations continue for a 6th day in the bill cosby sexual assault trial. we'll take you live outside the courthouse in montgomery county. this is a live look you see the deputies there, as we await the arrival of the 79-year-old comedian who she who should be g at the courtroom soon. cosby is charge with drugging and molesting andrea constan at his home in 2004. last night, cosby's defense team asked the judge to declare a mistrial. the judge declined that yet, again. as we look at the live picture outside the montgomery county court 0 house we awaiting on the arrival of kossuth street, dann- bill cosby, dann cuellar has more on the growing frustration.

>> reporter: after five days of lengthy deliberations, bill cosby left the courthouse wishing everyone a happy father's day. >> they have seen the entire evidence now. >> reporter: the jury emerge from deliberations to ask another question they want to reread the testimony of the canadian detective and brother-in-law of andrea constan the one who suggested they record phone calls and contact a top civil lawyer before calling police. the defense attorney objected to the repeated request to review testimony suggesting some jurors were trying to convince other jurors to bring an end to want deaded lock. he said why have seen with this jury i have never seen in 30 years getting one to change.

west tioga street. he was taken to private vehicle to temple hospital where he was pronounced. again, police are searching for the shooter and may have been. a bad crash involving a motorcycle in center city sent a person to the hospital last night. police say two dozen motorcyclists were traveling in the 500 block of south broad street when one collided with a car. the force of that crash caused the cycle to hit a second bike. both riders and passengers were knocked to the ground. one person was taken to the jeff university hospital with minor injuries. developing this morning overseas, right now search sailors are missing after a u.s. navy destroyer collided with a tanker off the coast of japan. five people were medevaced off the boat. matt gutman has the latest on the search from los angeles. >> reporter: the u.s.s. fitzgerald has been tugged back to court, seven remain missing.

multiple sailors were injured in the collision with the container ship. five sailors were hurt badly enough they had to be medevaced. one the ship's commanding officer. you can see responders near the wreckage to extract the wounded. helicopter footage shows the destroyers mangled mid section, the damage caving in compartments and destroying ship machinery and the radio room. damage above and below the water line caused major flooding, those red hoses seen pumping sea water out of the belly of the ship which typically has a crew of nearly 300. the navy said this 30,000-ton container ship and 79,000-ton destroyer collided in open water 56 miles southwest of japan. the navy telling abc news this morning, that the extent of the personnel injuries aboard the ship is still being assessed.

officer in the shooting philando castile. philando castile is the man whose girlfriend streamed the aftermath on facebook live. he testified that he was reaching for a gun despite commands to stop. he said two fell jurors were holding up for a conviction until day five. he does extend his sympathy to the family who stormed out of the courtroom when the verdict was read. >> this city killed my son! >> it was not taken lightly, who what so whatsoever. in the end i was fed up, i said let's just call it. >> reporter: thousands march from the state capitol blocking highways to protest the verdict. you see it there. the demonstrations ended peacefully, officer i yanez was

fired from the force. president trump is calling the cuban policy terrible yesterday. he announced a new policy including stricter restrictions on travel and business dealings. president trump under cuba to return joanne chessimar convicted back in 1977 in the death of trooper warner forrester in a traffic stop on the new jersey turnpike. she escaped from prison in 1979 and since then been living in asylum in cuba. steve scalise has a good possibility of recovering after he was at immanent risk of death from a gunshot injury to the hip two days ago. he was shot in an ambush shooting wednesday during baseball track in virginia. doctors revealed yesterday that the louisiana republican was near death when he got to the
