jury was not able to reach a verdict. prosecutors plan to try cosby again soon. saturday night, i'm walter perez. the big story on "action news" is a mistrial in the case against bill cosby. this morning after more than 50 hours of deliberations, the jurors told the judge they were deadlocked. cosby's wife issued a scathing statement to the judge and prosecutors. >> jurors did not speak to reporters and were warned by the judge not to since a new trial is pending. annie mccormick is outside cosby's home but we begin with dann cuellar at the montgomery county house. >> in the end it turned out to

rojas was killed as she stood with jaden and liani when an suv jumped the curb. she protected her children but she was struck and died of her injuries. the driver was charged with vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and other crimes. >> one week later, rosa's children gave plaques to the responding officers, thanking them for their help that night. >> did what any of us would do. >> when we get to help someone during the day and their family appreciates the help, it helps us want to do our job. we teach strangers on the street like our family. >> after the ceremony the kids got a tour of the police district and met one of the canine officers, jake. >> these are great officers of .
