breaking news stories at this hour. a train derailment also in bucks county and a high-profile explosion overseas. first to belgium an explosion at the country's busiest train station in the past two hours, right now the brussels central station is under an evacuation order and there is a heavy police press enon the scene. sources tell abc news that one suspect is shot by the military there. and police are looking for other explosives in the area and no reports of injuries or fatalities and authorities say that the situation is under control. >> we are also following breaking news outs of sellersville bucks county where three refrigerated train cars derailed. other nearby towns are on the scene right now and officials say that the train cars were filled with butter and they don't believe there is anything toxic or hazardous that has spilled.

it was pulling 23 cars at the time of the derailment. they are asking everyone to stay away from the scene for obvious reasons. in new jersey, wildwood police have opened an investigation after a police officer was involved in an incident caught on camera. bob brooks is live at the wildwood police department. >> it appears that a wildwood officer punches a man in the face was it justified that is under investigation, we have the video of of it happening. lets take a look. >> it happens quick. the person recording the video zooms in and before you know it the man is on the ground. the wildwood police officer appears to strike him in the face and he goes down and is cuffed. another look this time in slow motion it happened at the intersection of new jersey avenue and roberts avenue, the man and the police officer appear to be having a confrontation.

the man is not cuffed and his hands are not free and then for a reason unknown the officer strikes the man in the face and we spoke with the wildwood police chief off camera, the man punched was involved in a disorderly persons client and the officer involved will not be named at this point nor will the man hit. but that officer is still on duty while the investigation is ongoing. >> referee: and while this is ongoing, the county prosecutors office is handling the investigation and that officer will remain on duty while this plays out. reporting live in wildwood, bob brooks, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. >> testimony began today in the trial against philadelphia district attorney, seth williams, after opening statements a health care employee spent most of the afternoon on the stand and asked questions about money williams allegedly spent on himself. instead of health care for his mother. williams faces 29 federal charges including bribery and

corruption. and if convicted he faces 20 years in prison. the legal saga over bill cosby's sexual assault allegations continues tonight. several news outlets made their case in court in an attempt to get the names of the jurors in the cosby case released. sara bloomquist was in norristown for the hearing, she is live outside of the montgomery county courthouse tonight with more. >> reporter: rick, lawyers representing multiple media outlets including abc, cnn and "washington post" and "new york times" and buzz feed they all came before judge steven o'neil today and argued it's the media's first amendment rights to have the names release. and kevin steele says releasing the juror's name will have a chilling effect on future juries. a publicity onslaught and more difficult to seat a jury for the

retrial. and jurors would be reluctant to serve knowing their names may be released post trial and the media's lawyer says that could be the concern for any juror in any case. they also argue that there was a lot of publicity prior to the cosby trial and still able to seat a jury. that is why the court goes through the jury selection process and cosby's team opposed the releasing the name and lead to all kinds of inquisitions into the jury's thinking and not allow cosby to get a fair retrial. and ed is a criminal attorney and he said he would not be surprised at all if judge o'neil withheld the jurors name especially in this case. >> think the people sacrificed a lot already losing two weeks away from their life and family and friends and jobs et cetera.

to 16 miles per hour. it's a light breeze out there and not a humid or hot wind. satellite and radar shows the front is pushed to the south and all of that severe weather we had yesterday. there is energy. there is a spin off to the north here a ripple north of chicago that will pinwheel north here tomorrow and not bringing precipitation for the first day of summer. what it will bring is a few clouds sharing the sky with the sunshine and temperatures near 70 at 7:00 in the morning and jumping to 80 and in the low 80s late in the morning and 87 warm downpouring degrees in the afternoon and the humidity stays on the low side. tropical in the tropics here heating up quickly. tropical storm brett has formed north of venezuela, all the precipitation and thunderstorms are kind of displaced not near the center of that tropical storm so very disorganized heading into parts of the caribbean and not a lot of

with ducis rogers, meteorologist, cecily tynan and jim gardner. this is the scene as the hazmat squad rushed to the 8700 block of easton road in bucks county today. it's tuesday night and the big story on "action news" is the discovery of explosives near a home. live at the scene is dann cuellar. what is the situation there? >> reporter: right now jim state police are here with the hazmat unit and bomb squad at a property 8222 easton road after reports of explosives found on this property. lets go live to chopper 6 hd where the bomb squad unit is focusing on a large green tub in the backyard. it has liquid containers in it and they are looking at it very, very closely trying to determine the nature, the possible hazard

and just what it all means. that is all being evaluated right now but so far they have not ordered any evacuations. this began earlier initial police reports say that police responded to this location after 2:00 and ultimately they called hazmat teams because of explosives on the property. they are removing rifles and boxes and boxes of ammunition, it's not unusual for someone to have a weapon in rural oxville but the explosives got everyone's attention. residents that are immediately near the property have been told that they do not need to evacuate right now but they may need to do so down the road once it determined exactly what they have right now. they are looking at possible explosive on the property and two people are taken in in for questioning and no one has been charged with a
