willingboro new jersey. they are working leads to identify and arrest his shooter. police descended on the area after the 911 call came in that shots were fired just before 8:30 this morning on the 100 block of east kings highway. the victim a male was found with a single gunshot wound on a loading dock behind the iron hill brewery. >> there was an incidence and one fatality. we are making way in our investigation. >> the immediate area and all areas were put on lock down while searching for the shooter. >> i received a call not to come into the office they were on lockdown. >> i don't want to talk about it. >> some of the roofers lower looking the scene heard five to seven shots fired. >> the markers on the ground

willingboro, anyone with information is asked to call police. live in maple shade, i'm nora muchanic, channel 6 "action news." >> okay nora thank you. well two armed robbers are still on the run of targeting a cab driver in the fairmount section of philadelphia. the cabby was shot twice in the leg on the intersection of ogden and north 29th street. and the man stole $400 in cash and the 60-year-old driver's cell phone. the driver was rushed to the hospital and he is in stable condition. a second witness took the stand today helping the prosecution present its case against philadelphia d.a. seth williams. they are continuing to focus on the money that williams allegedly pocketed instead of focusing on his mother's care. he joins us live at the federal courthouse in center city. >> brian more testimony today on one of the five alleged schemes

on williams involving the alleged use of $20,000 designated for his mother's nursing home care for his personal use. >> seth williams carried a bible into the courthouse and had this response. >> give me a prayer. >> kathleen the chief of nursing homes run by the archdiocese finished her testimony she told the jury she spent 10 months trying to collect a more than $20,000 balance owed to the nursing home in darby for williams mother's nursing care. they were never able to collect. bruters say he diverted the money made up of social security, and donations for friends to pay debts and presents for his two daughters. and they linked the unpaid bill to mistakes with the accounting

pop-up thunderstorms scattered across the region. >> most the day and region is dry at this point to start off the first day of summer. we have one random thunderstorm popping up if the last 30 seconds turning severe for northern chester county until 4:45 p.m. all the towns in orange within the warning box. winds near 60 miles per hour with this thunderstorm and even some pea size hail. it is moving to the east-southeast towards pottstown green lane and on the verge of quakertown. 14 lightning strikes in the last 15 minutes. pennsburg 4:06 and st. peters at 4:10 and the same for pottstown. again very heavy rain and rush of wind and a little bit of hail is possible. frederick you can expect it at 4:15 in the evening. the stray evening thunderstorm is only going to pop-up in a few locations. the possibility of small hail with these storms localized

we have breaking flus out of montgomery county the judge who pro sided over the bill cosby trial has decided that the names of the jurors can be released but only certain conditions. the jury deliberated five days but was unable to reach a verdict in the sexual assault case resulting in the judge declaring a mistrial. several news organization including abc filed suit to have the juror's identities revealed but under the condition that the jurors could not reveal anything said or done in the jury room. >> an officer was stabbed in the flint michigan airport and fbi is looking at terrorism as a possible motive. the stabbing happened at bishop international airport. they said that the suspect said ala akbar, meaning god is great in arabic. the officer was taken to the

area hospital in stable condition. we have new details this afternoon on the attack against the gop congressional baseball team. first we should tell you there is good news for republican steve scalise, the house majority whip. he was shot and undergone several surgeries, the good news is that his condition is upgrade upgraded to fair. now to the gunman the fbi says that 66-year-old james hodgkinson acted alone when he fired almost 60 shots on the northern virginia baseball field and he had no ties to terrorism. other officers return fire and killed hodgkinson. they described him as an unemployed home inspector with a deep hatred of republicans and donald trump. they uncovered a list with the names of several gop lawmakers. >> no, ma'am i would not

strikes. and if we switch from the radar mode we'll go to the velocity mode. this is double scan showing the rush of wind where you see the bright green that is wind heading towards the radar and estimated at this edge philadelphia and south of frankford seeing winds of 50 to 60 miles per hour. as the wind pushes in first rush of wind and then the heavy rain. temperatures have cooled into the 60s and 70s where the rain has passed through ahead of it. mid-80s right now, satellite and radar a weak boundary and again one cluster of storms while the rest of the area is enjoying a pretty nice first day of summer. as we go through the evening hours, the boundary sinks to the south and the rest of the overnight it's fairly quiet and a tad bit on the muggy side and comes up from the night into the day tomorrow. 90 in philadelphia and 88 in millville and allentown and near 90, at philadelphia.
