are off. i'm alicia vitarelli. in the news a man reaches out of his window and opens fire on a philadelphia street. and new jersey's budget showdown could affect some holiday celebrations because a possible government shut down. but the big story is the investigation into a deadly case of road rage, police say that an 18-year-old girl was shot in the head by another driver before her vehicle crashed into chester county and the young victim died at the scene and police are on the hunt for her killer. we are live now in west goshen. katherine scott is live. >> reporter: meanwhile investigators are interests viewing witnesses and searching for more surveillance footage as they continue to try to track down the driver ain $5,000 reward is offered by crime stoppers in this case. the search is on for the man in

the faded red pickup truck that shot and killed bianca roberson in an apparent case of road rage. >> how you can shoot this person and just drive away. >> she graduated from west town and bound for college in florida. grief counseling were available for students. >> our thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends of bianca, it's tough to lose a child under any conditions but nor information is coming out about this as a potential homicide, very tragic. we are trying to help the kids through this. roberson left the mall after shopping for college clothes with her mother and grandmother and traveling south on route 100 in her chevy malibu they say that bianca and a man driving a red pickup truck were drying to

merge into the same lane and jockeying for position when the man pulled out a gun and shot the 18-year-old in the head and he drove away and she veered off the road and crashed. classmates were stunned. >> it's one thing to be from a car crash from road rage but the updates of her being shot that is what really hit home for me. it made it ten times worse. vest dirts are looking for tips as the family grieves. >> she was a good girl and honor student and looking forward to going to college. >> every second you are out there you are making it worse for yourself and this young lady's family. >> this faded red pickup truck possibly a chevrolet was last seen exiting paoli pike. channel 6 "action news." >> i hope they can get some

a $2 billion shortfall, they are work on a solution next week and options include a tax on gas drilling or borrowing the money. former district attorney, seth williams woke up behind bars, he was taken away in handcuffs after striking a plea deal in the middle of his corruption trial. and the judge ordered him to stay in jail until his sentencing in october. he plead guilty to one count of accepting a bribe well, just moments ago president trump held a joint news conference with south korean president at the white house. he focused on concerns over the nuclear threat from north korea saying his goal is peace for the region and adding that the u.s. will defend itself and its allies, and trump is pushing for the narrowing of the trade deficit with south korea.
