that life was cut short wednesday in a heartbeat in violence, an outburst of road rage expressed with a gun. it's friday and the big news is grief for a victim of road rage and the search for the gunman and his red pick up. jeff chirico is live at the scene. what's the update there? >> in the backyard where bianca once played, her friends and family prayed. they are pleading with the shooter to turn himself in as today police released a screch h of the suspect. >> with candles in hands, dozens gathered for a vigil for bianca roberson. >> she feels truly a great hub.

surveillance video shows the suspect leaving the freeway. police asked the public to report what they knee. >know.>> it's crucial. the family deserves. this society in general deserves this. >> we hope this guy is caught so he can be brought to justice for our daughter. >> that suspect is described as a white man with white or light blonde hair in his 20s or 30s. you are asked to call west goshen police. reporting live in chester county, jeff chirico, "action news,." >> in delaware county an apparent double murder in chester. police don't know who did it or why. they found a man and woman in an apartment at 2:00 this

afternoon. the victims were shot multiple times. their identities have not been released. they are asking for tips. in new york city a doctor went on a deadly rampage after being forced out because of claims of sexual harassment. dr. henry bello shot himself after killing a woman and injuring several more. employees didn't know what was happening at first but knew they had to know they had to do something when they heard the alert. they called code silver on eighth floor, which means someone has a weapon. we told the patients to stay in their room. >> some staff stayed in the open to care for the wounded and

tablet. now to developing news in new jersey where the count join is odown is onto a possible governt shutdown. a dispute over the largest healthcare insurer could bring operations to a halt. governor chris christie won't sign off on the budget unless democrats agree to his plan to take surplus funds from horizon blue shield to fund drug treatment programs. democrat assembly vincent prato says the plan would be bad for policyholders. if there is a government shutdown it would mean closing state run parks over the weekend. most beaches would not be affected pause they are run by municipalities, not the state. >> the legislature send a

it was sent to me on my facebook page. you can see cloud to ground lightning. we likely see more activity and widespread late in the day tomorrow and tomorrow night. this is the time period for the potential for gusting thunderstorms as a front roles in from the west. as we head through sunday and monday, it's going to be hot. noticeably less humid than tomorrow. the fourth of july is looking fantastic. if you are planning the fourth of july fir fireworks, i love i. 9:00, 80-degrees. 11:00, 76. it will be warm, but it will be dry and not that humid. the fourth is looking nice. right now, stepping outside, temperatures are warm. philadelphia 82:00. allentown, 71. we had showers and thunderstorms across the lehigh valley in bank oberks county.
