cloud in the sky, humidity levels are uncomfortable, but they will be dropping during the afternoon. temperature-wise, 74 in philadelphia. 72 in millville. wilmington, 73. dover, 73. atlantic city, 75. here's the problem right here, just like yesterday at this time dewpoints are in the low to mid 70s makes for an uncomfortable morning. dover, 73. philadelphia, 71. millville, 72 on the dewpoint scale it's all the way at the top. well, what you would have saw, it gets all the way to the top, becomes very uncomfortable once we start talking about dewpoints in the upper 60s and low 70s. later this afternoon we replace the low 70s with upper 50s, low 60s. that results means dewpoints are on the comfortable side. once again, we are talking about lower humidity levels over the next few days, that's the big story today, tomorrow and tuesday. it will be hot, high

and "action news" exclusive. police in west goshen township chester county have the pickup truck they believe was used in a deadly road-rage crash last week. we have new information on the suspect, a developing story. only "action news" was there overnight when the red truck was towed back to the police department. police have been working nonstop since wednesday night when the driver of the red truck allegedly pulled out a gun and shot and killed 18-year-old bianca roberson during a very gruesome case of road rage. bob brooks joins us live from the west goshen police department with more on the breaking developments. the description of the suspect and his truck has been all over social media. >> reporter: yes, it has. i just spoke with the police chief at 10:00 a.m. we'll go inside and have a news conference and get all the updates they have for usty --

for us at this moment. we were the only ones here when the red pickup truck was brought in to the police station. police believe it belongs to the suspect from the deadly shooting wednesday night, a road rage case on southbound 100 wednesday evening when the bianca roberson and the suspect were trying to merge into the same ladies and e lane. after the shooting, the driver merged on to 202 riding the shoulder to the paoli pike exit. the last image ass images shows the shooter ten miles from the paoli exit. this is the best rendering investigators could come up with of the suspect take a good looking keep an eye out for anyone that might look like. back out here live, 10:00 a.m.,

chief of police told me they will have a news conference and we'll have the update. bob brooks channel 6 "action news." alicia. >> looking forward to the new details. new jersey government remains shut down after lawmakers failed to pass a state budget by midnight friday. governor chris christie and the democrat-led legislature returned to the state house to resolve the problem, but did not succeed at issue legislation affecting horizon blue cross blue shield whether or not is to corporate into the 37 million l l -- billion dollar state budget. governor chris christie called for the legislature to ravine at 2:00 p.m. to break the deadlock. >> work with me end the shut down, protect our citizens from this company which unfortunately has forgotten why we created them in the first place.

what's closed at 6abc.com. meanwhile, the state of delaware is running this morning without a budget in place. lawmakers set to return to hammer out a deal. legislators did pass a temporary measure to keep the government up and running for 72 hours. governor john carney threatened a veto if he does not receive a budget that does not lead to long term change. tom wolf has a budget on his desk that needses -- that needs his anything. they have to return to debate a few options, tacking gas drillers and liquor licenses and borrowing money to get the budget signed. president trump honored the nation's veterans in washington.

immediate shoreline where the fog was hanging tough. you can see how nicely things are clearing out now. we have folks on the sand. today promises to be a gorgeous day around the entire delaware valley. lehigh valley looks good, as well. poconos everybody looks good. 74 degrees in philadelphia. dewpoint 71. the number drops this afternoon. winds out of the west/southwest at 7 miles per hour. because of the west/southwest wind it doesn't take much. all you have to do is change the trajectory of that wind in order to lower the dewpoints. you see a drier down sloping wind off the mountains that's all it takes to drop the dewpoints and lower the humidity. it will feel better this afternoon. slatington, 69. quakertown, 65. media, 74. gandys beach, 68 a nice comfortable morning on the delaware bay. buena, 68. dragon flies arrived, they eat the green heads. tuckahoe, 74.

cape may, 72. browns mills, 70. you can clearly see the cooler numbers to the northwest, 63 with no humidity at all in buffalo, syracuse, 66. it is the drier, cooler air that's working to the southeast, it arrives later this afternoon. with that said it will be hot today we're talking about high temperatures in the low 90s. when you start dropping the humidity down it will feel better. satellite and radar there's what was left of the line of showers and thunderstorms that ripped through here, had numerous supports of storm damage in the lehigh valley. a town called bath father to -- farther to the northwest pick up 2 inches of rain. 4:00 p.m., nothing going on, quiet day. monday, same thing, stop it at 4:00 p.m. the delaware valley is quiet, but the lehigh valley could get

that killed a young woman in west goshen township. it's a story that garnered national attention. >> only "action news" was there as the red pickup truck that was believed to have been involved was recovered by police. bob brooks is keeping track of the latest developments and joins us live from the west goshen police department with moore. what are the officers telling you? >> reporter: nydia, alicia, i spoke to the police chief 45 minutes ago, 10:00 a.m. there will be a news conference to talk about a productive morning. they found the red pickup truck suspected to be the shooter. we hope it will lead to the finder of the shooting of the we were the only station here. the red pickup truck came in here around 1:00 a.m. the west goshen township police believe it belongs to the suspect of the deadly road rage shooting. it was on southbound 100
