mother nature left her mark on the lehigh valley. strong winds flipped over one small plane at the lehigh valley international airport. the wind damaged the roof at the airport's departure terminal. there were no reports of any injuries at the airport. after the rain this beautiful rainbow, this appeared in the sky in university city yesterday. it began to peek through while the sun was still dark. look at this, once the sun returned, the rainbow took shape. you said a lot of people were tweeting you a lot of rainbows. >> reporter: there were double rainbows, not injuries, but strong powerful winds and created damage and heavy rains. i'll show you the storm reports in a moment. in the mean meantime, live on sky6 live hd, beautiful shot of the philadelphia international airport. the humidity levels have started to drop off.

it feels a million times better than yesterday, we were stuck in the steam bath with dewpoints in the mid 70s. very oppressive stuff yesterday. headline wise over the next few days, it's hot, even though the humidity is dropping off we'll see temperatures in the 90s over the next couple of days. if you don't 90s you won't be happy with the forecast. the heat could trigger afternoon thunderstorms. tomorrow there's a chance in the lehigh valley and the better chance on the the 4th. it turns much cooler next weekend, because we start to see drier cooler air from canada work in here, it begins to drop the temperatures down. storm reports, take a look at this, these rainfall totals up in smithville in the lehigh valley getting into the northwest suburbs, lower macungie, 2.56 and 2.45 fell in a half-hour. obviously that's creating a ton of flooding up through there.
