millions in reserves. the governor dmabded more control over the budget. lawmakers spent hour hours tryio hash out a fair deal. >> we are capping the results. anything in excess goes back to the subscribers. there is give and take in everything you do. for me, and i know the speaker also, we care a great deal about the finances in the budget. it's the best budget we have seen in ten years. it provides for a lot of people. that's what we care about. >> a lot of work to be done. that impasse had left 35,000 state workers furloughed. those roles reopen wednesday. as for the state parks and beaches, looks like they'll open just in time for the fourth of july. sharrie?

one of two female bandits wanted for a violent robbery spree and the suspect is 16 years old. she's being charged as an adult. she and a female accomplice robbed two taxi drivers and robbed tourists at gunpoint. chief chitwood says the other suspect was 17 but they were acting like violent criminals. >> they were violent predators. they were mean and evil and violent and somebody could have died. >> she is being held on a quarter million dollars cash bail. investigators are searching for two men acting as the teenager's get away drivers. >> after putting out a fire in mayfair firefighters stumbled on to a drug mill.
