the northwest. overall it should feel better in the late afternoon hours. here's satellite and radar what you're seeing here, it's hard to pick it out, there's a cold front slicing through the state of pennsylvania that will continue to push east it should get through over the next couple of hours, it will be at that point where you will start to notice the humidity levels drop off. for today, accuweather says sun and clouds, maybe a spotty shower north and west of the city, that's associated with the approaching cold front turning less humid high of 89 degrees. as we talked about here, it looks nice today, tomorrow could be the pick of the months. what a gorgeous day coming up tomorrow. i'll have the details, plus, it turns soupy again next week. we'll have that in ten minutes. >> new this morning, homicide detectives are investigating a gruesome discovery in the bribes burger section of philadelphia. a sanitation worker found a man's body on fire at a trash hauling and transfer station on

the 2900 block of north orthodox street. earlier this morning workers did here gunshots. it is possible the two incidents are connected. an arson dog is being brought in to determine what kind of, if any, accelerant was used in the fire. firefighters responded to blaze on the 6,000 block of up land street this southwest philadelphia. the house was undergoing renovations, nobody was home at the time. a 19-year-old faces dui and other charges after a multi-vehicle crash on tabor avenue in law crest section. police say the teen was speeding in a honda without the headlights on when he sideswiped a carat 1:30 a.m. the honda hit a car. both drivers were taken to einstein with non-life

threatening injuries. police say the 19-year-old admitted to drinking before the crash. s name has not been released. a dramatic rescue in feltonville after a woman and her four children were trapped inside a second story apartment after the floor collapsed beneath them. neighbors sprung into action. jeff chirico has the reaction. >> it was scary. >> reporter: neighbors described a tense moment as a family became trapped inside a collapsing home. fire crews responded to the west rockland street near the boulevard. part of the second floor fell stranding a mother and four children upstairs. >> i heard her screaming out the window, help me, help me, help my kids. >> neighbors jumped into action. >> i ran around the back she had the babies out the window, i climbed up the tree and started doing the best i could to help her out.

>> reporter: perchedz in -- perd in the tree, he grabbed and hand the baby below. the mother jumped on a mattress below. >> she had bumps and bruises. >> reporter: residents of three other apartments were allowed to move out important possessions. red paws relief took in four dogs. the tenants say the buildings was -- building was not properly maintained. while several are homeless this grandmother is counting her blessings that this didn't end in tragedy. i'm grateful we have neighbors on my block that love us enough to help us. >> reporter: the red cross is working those who were displaced, but officials couldn't say how many were affected by this. i reached out to the own he were of the property, but my calls were not returned.

of a 44-year-old kevin dotten it is believed he was hit by a vehicle on thursday night. if you have any information police contact police. a fire that claimed the life of a 39-year-old woman in bensalem bucks county has been ruled an accident. investigators say wednesday morning's fire was electrical and started in the live room of the home on june avenue. police say she ran back into the burning home to try to save her pets. 55 high school seniors from the region have been awarded college scholarships from the ronald mcdonald house, one winner was advised with the news while at work. maria torres was greeted with a five thousand dollars which can when she walked into mcdonald's in egg harbor city. she was chosen because of her community involvement and financial need and academic achievement. >> an b or b.

>> two bombers flew over the korean peninsula for a practice run. u.s. military officials say the training mission was in response to the north korea ballistic missels program. two south korean fighter jets participated in the drill. officials say it was a show of force and unity. in georgia an hour's long hostage standoff inside a bank ended when an officer shot and killed the suspect. the suspect was identified as brian easily, a marine veteran with mental illness. he said he didn't tend to harm anyone. he called the local television station telling workers the va wronged him and owed him money.

northwest that will set up a gorgeous day tomorrow, probably one of the nicer days we'll see all summer long. low humidity levels and high temperatures barely getting up to 84 or 85. looks like a nice weekend for the philadelphia area. next week, the heat starts to build and the humidity cranks up again i'll have all the details in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> right now police are investigating a triple shooting in the strawberry mansion section. three victims, two are teenagers. police were called to the 1900 block of north 31st street for reports of multiple gunshots. officers did not find victims at the scene, a short time later, a 15, 17, 25-year-old were dropped off at temple university hospital with gunshot wounds, the teenagers are in stable condition. the 25-year-old was critically injured. so far no arrests have been made. a mother and her four

children have the neighbors to thank for getting them out of the apartment that partially collapsed. chopper 6 hd on the scene of west rockland street near the boulevard in the feltonville section of the city. the family of five was in the second story apartment when the floor gave way trapping them. neighbors helped, the mom passed her children out of the window before she jumped on the mattress below. >> i ran around the back that's where she had the baby out the window, i climbed up the tree and started to do the best i could to help her out. >> pgw spent hours to cap a gas leak and shut off services at the building. officials deemed the building unsafe. residents were allowed to move out important belongings. red cross is helping 8 people displaced by the collapse. a man is in serious condition after jumping off a septa train in southwest philadelphia and suffering a severe head injury.

of another person. police in philadelphia are trying to find the man they believe hung a noose on a tree. police released this surveillance video last night they believe the man on the left tossed a noose into a tree 18th and lumbard in center city. the incident is investigated as a hate crime. it's clear who he was targeting. last week an employee at the u.s. branch of the u.s. mint turned a rope into a noose and left it on a back co-workers chair. that employee is on dlin -- administrative leave. climate and trade will be discussed at the g20 summit. thousands of an arrest -- anarchist have attacked police

court in wimbledon, her lawyers are fighting in the courtroom. she was involved in a fatal crash, ron claiborne explains. >> reporter: this newly released surveillance video shows tennis superstar venus williams. another car comes from her right and slams into her vehicle. attorney for williams say the video shows she was not in the wrong. >> reporter: she entered the intersection on a greenlight. the passenger in the car that struck williams injured in the crash and died later. his wife linda who was driving was seriously injured. the family attorney said they had the right-of-way. in a statement friday, palm beach gardens police said it was determined that the vehicle driven by venus williams
