west northwest. some of the areas in the 50s, the numbers over the past few days have not been all that bad. the normal is 87. the friday, high of 86. yesterday we managed a high of 87. temperatures wise not bad, but the humidity has been so high, we've needed the air-conditioning. this morning the humidity is gone, turn off the ac today and open the windows and joy the fresh air. 63 in allentown. 55 in the poconos. 66 in trenton. 70 in philadelphia. 69 in dover, 73 cape may. just the slightest breeze, general five to ten miles per hour out of the west/northwest that's a drier wind flow for us tomorrow the winds shifts out of the southwest and we see the humidity building during the afternoon. today is a good one. satellite and radar clear skies. high pressure in control skirting across the mason dixon line and provides us with a good looking day. here's the call from accuweather.

bob brooks is live at the brandywine valley spca in new castle, good morning. >> reporter: just a huge huge tragedy, i just spoke with the family of the woman who crashed into the spca, her name, 33-year-old latoya cooper leaving behind five kids. this is the scene, the spca, you can see the hole in the wall where cooper drove through, no word on what happened, for some reason it looks like she may have come down 7th street and crossed over south street and went straight into the building. i want to bring up the video. this is the scene when it happened after midnight. you can see cooper's car in the building it burst into flames after impact. 100 animals were inside. officials say the first responders did a tremendous job of getting the and he believes out. 3 cats have died.

the portion of the building that cooper crashed into was the vet clinic. we spoke with her mom, she said again, 33 years old, she leaving behind five children. >> is they went through the stop sign and must have kept going through, it caught fire. i got the phone call at 5:00 a.m., i was likeawling. you heard her mother there were tears coming out of her eyes when i was speaking with her. you can see the hole in the wall, there were a lot of animals from the spca. they were put in temporary shelters. they need help to adopt the animals, they hope people will

come out with big hearts and take the dogs and cats home. >> breaking overnight, a homeowner fought back against intruders armed with ballots in norristown, burlington county. when that encounter entered one suspect was dead. the break-in happened around 12:20. the resident managed to grab a knife from the kitchen and stabbed one of the men killing him in the home. another suspect turned up with a stab wounds. he is expected to be charged. the homeowner is already, it is too soon to say whether you will face any charges. 76ers fans are looking at deja vu, markell fultz sprained his angle when he came down on another player's foot. tests could provide more information about the severity of the sprain and how long he will be out. brett brown is not coaching the sixers during the summer league,
