valley spca overnight. the crash caused a fire and emergency crews worked to rescue dozens of animals trapped inside. three animals did not survive. "action news" reporter, bob brooks is live at the scene with reaction from the victim's family and those who helped at the spca. such a sad story all around. >> reporter: absolutely, i spoke with the victim's mother she has to get ready to bury her daughter and raise her 5 grandchildren. the spca has five animals displaced. officials say what the car came into the spca it burst into flames, the driver and the animals were trapped inside. the driver did not make it out. she has died. >> she loved her kids and loved them to death. loved life. that's jennette cooper her

33-year-old daughter latoya cooper a mother of 5 young children. >> i need help burying my daughter, if anybody can help me, i appreciate it, she has five kids i'm going to need help. >> cooper is devastated and stunned. she doesn't understand how this could happen. at this point police are investigating why the 33-year-old lost control. appears is she was coming down 7th street and over south street and crashed into the spca. >> we have animals in cars and homes and first responders put animals in ambulances. a lot of big hearted people stepped up. >> reporter: that's the head of the spca. she wants to thank first responders and neighbors. >> i got out of bed and wanted to help the animals. >> reporter: three cats died, but so many are safe.

during the campaign donald trump junior and jared kushner met with russian lawyers from the kremlin. >> reporter: overnight president trump and the first lady landing back in washington, greeting them upon their arrival another russia headline, the president's son don junior and his son-in-law and campaign manager paul manaford had a meeting at trump tower at the height of the campaign two weeks after the president won the party nomination. in a statement don junior said an acquaintance asked him to attend the meeting it was about an adoption program. a source at the meeting said the campaign was not discussed. as for the other meeting, putin discussing his side about what

gunman's boat. >> i got the boat and i look over at a dock nearby and saw an officer with his gun drawn and people running off the boat toward shore. i overheard an officer say those are not fireworks. >> around 1:00 a.m., the shooter once again walked out on the deck of the boat and aimed his gun at officers, they fired wounding the suspect. the man is in the hospital where there is no word on his condition. there were no other injuries. serbia said 6 citizens have been arrested in greece in connection with the beating death of a 22-year-old texas man. police say bakahri shernd -- henderson was at a bar when a man approached him and began fighting. along with the serbs, a greek man was arrested.

animals that sparked a fire in the crash. >> we're learning the woman who died, 33-year-old latoya cooper, a mother of five. bob brooks is at the scene of the crash, spca is hoping people will step in and help with the dozens of animals that were displaced. >> reporter: nydia and jennette. they are hoping for that. i spoke with the victim's mother at the scene. she is getting ready to bury her daughter and getting ready to raise her five grandchildren. if you look at the screen you'll see a picture of the victim that's 33-year-old latoya cooper. she is the one that lost control and ran into the front of the spca here. again, more video we got overnight, this is around 12:15 when it happened, you will see cooper's car in the building. it burst into flames after impact. more than 100 animals were inside when that happened. officials say first responders

an suv to overturned in the city's wynnfield section overnight. you can see the vehicle completely upside down. police say the crash happened at 2:30 a.m. when the driver ran a stop sign at the intersection of montgomery avenue and georges lane. the nissan hit the suv. the driver of the suv was able to climb out of the vehicle. no word on charges. we're waiting to hear what sparked a shooting that killed a man in delaware county overnight. shots rang out on dekalb street. a man in his 20s hit several times. he was taken to a local hospital where he died. no arrests have been made. a 2-year-old girl survived after she fell from a two story window in west philadelphia. the girl fell out of a back window of the second floor of the home. the child was playing with toys at the time. her mother was in a different room. police say the fall appears to

be an accident there was no screen covering the window, but an investigation is ongoing. the girl was taken to children's hospital for treatment. she is in stable condition. and tragedy for a family vacationing down the shore this weekend, a 6-year-old girl drown while swimming at a hotel pool in wildwood. the family is from philadelphia and stay at the nantucket inn and suites on ocean avenue. be officials say she wandered to the deepened of the pool yesterday, she was under water for several minutes. the girl was rushed to cape regional medical center, but efforts to save her life failed. >> everything must go from mattresses to chandeliers anything inside the trump taj mahal can be yours for a price, before it becomes the hard rock hotel. jeff chirico was there. >> reporter: shoppers in hours
