out of a preliminary hearing for 18 penn state fraternity members. the case centers around the death of 19-year-old fraternity pledge timothy piazza after a night of heavy drinking. chad perdelli is live at the courthouse in bellefonte, pennsylvania with more on the testimony. chad. >> reporter: yes, sarah, the highlights this morning troubling text messages, the district attorney focused on them and e-mails before and after piazza' death. in the hours and days after tim piazza' death allegedly from the alcohol-fueled hazing inside the fraternity, fraternity members began to understand the trouble they were facing. state college police detective was back on the stand this morning. he testified fraternity president brendan young texted his girlfriend you don't comprehend the situation, adding at the at the end of the day
