stricter bail this time. reporting live from solebury, walter perez, channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. this investigation is picking up steam. lets go to gray hall live in buckingham township where cosmo dinardo is expected to be arraigned sometime today. >> reporter: well, sharrie interesting turn of of events this case continues to develop if you look over my shoulder. the arraignment happening here in district court. we are not sure when that will happen. i can tell that you moments ago i was inside of the courtroom and the proceeding and arraignment had not officially started yet. you heard walter say the person of interest in this case. dinardo 20 years old charged with stealing the car of thomas meo, that the district attorney says he tried to sell the car for $500 to one of his friends. inside of this courtroom we expect that arraignment to begin any minute and as it happens

woman her name is not released yet. coming up hear from a neighbor that tried to help and came face-to-face with the killer. >> a man is expected to be okay after he was rescued from a work site in newcastle. he was working on a platform 80 feet above the ground and suffered a back issue that prevented him from getting down on his own. the threat of possible storms made his rescue more urgent. rescue workers climbed up and secured him to a stretcher and they lowered him using ropes attached to a crane. it unfolded at the crowda company on cherry lane. they thanked first responders for the rescue. >> now to accuweather on the warm wednesday. the heat and humidity continues. >> lets check in with meteorologist can adam joseph.

shore. an advisory where it will feel at least 100 degrees. a strike planned by contract workers at philadelphia international airport has been suspended. that announcement was made this morning after the union and american airlines agreed to last minute discussions, airport workers were on duty today however their union president says their union is ready to go on strike if their talks fall apart. the strikes for la guardia and jfk airports were also suspended. and they plan now to question paul manafort the former chairman of donald trump's campaign. and will subpoena him if they need to. trump jr. says he accepted the meeting after he was promised potentially damaging information about hillary clinton. but he says he got no such

search scene off 202 in solebury township. investigators are scouring the scene hoping to find out what happened to four young men that vanished last week. they have recovered a few key pieces of evidence they tell us but at this hour they have not found what they are after that is of course all four missing men. the search is carried out on the property owned by cosmo dinardo. he is named a person of interest and rearrested today. his bail was just set at $5 million cash and the 20-year-old was initially arrested on an unrelated weapons charge and released after posting bail last night. bucks county district attorney matt weintraub says that the charge that landed dinardo back behind bars pertains to a car stolen from one of the missing men tom meo. >> he alleged he attempted to

hammer. vernon odom is live now from police headquarters with the latest. >> reporter: brian, it's a brutal, brutal story, police say this is their theory that a man went crazy and killed her in a brutal fashion and gets away at least for a while. police have not released his name. a man invade the the crescentville home of a resident that neighbors identify as rosalind wick who lives here in the 5500 block of north creek drive with her pregnant daughter. wick was savagely attacked with a hammer and stabbed in the neck four times she was pronounced at the scene and the daughter managed to flee the house and got a neighbor to attempt to rescue. >> i go to the door, i go to the
