breaking developments from bucks county where human remains were found during the search for four missing men. chopper 6 hd is live over the property in solebury township where police found the bodies buried last night. >> one victim is identified as dean finocchiaro. now a homicide is underway to find out who is responsible. >> we are following the story with live team coverage this afternoon. katherine scott has the latest on the man being held on bail in connection with this case. and now lets begin with gray hall and the latest information from the bucks county district attorney. >> reporter: well, rick and sara we can tell you that daily briefing wrapped up not too long ago. really no new developments outside of that huge news we all learned about at midnight we learn that one of the four men's body was discovered inside of a grave. as it stands at noon three men

we main missing. heart break in bucks county in the search for the four men missing since last week. families held out hope things took a tragic turn. fears were confirmed when authorities say they found multiple human remains. and one is identified as dean finocchia finocchiaro. the others have not been identified. >> they are side by side and combing through vast fields and building and they are down 12 feet deep and getting deeper by the minutes. >> the remains were found in a grave more than 12 feet deep on a farm in solebury township. the property is ownby the family of a person of interest in this case. >> they are tenderly painstakingly, recovering the remains of people that they do not even know. that they never even met. >> police arrested dinardo

wednesday afternoon for the second time. the first on an unrelated firearms charges and the new alleges they tried to sell a car belonged to one of the missing men thomas meo. the sad discovery of 19-year-old dean finocchiaro. mark sturgis and jimmy patrick and tom meo are still missing. >> if last night could serve as a protocol of sorts i would hope to be able to repeat that at some point. >> reporter: all right back out live, still no cause of death for finocchiaro. we can tell you another development in the case, the cornors vehicle was seen leaving the property being searched in solebury township and we expect a press conference to happen at 3:00 and hope to update you on

this case at that time. channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. >> lets switch live now to "action news" reporter, katherine scott in doylestown where sources say that a grand jury to convene to consider this case at the bucks county courthouse. >> reporter: that is right rick, and the district attorney said yesterday he is not even permitted to comment on whether there is a grand jury empanelled in bucks county, so what exactly is happening we don't yet know but the grand jury is convening in doylestown to consider the case. the attorney fortunate perry jr. was in the courtroom and he is hired to represent the dinardos. sources say the parents of cosmo dinardo a person of interest in this case. are subpoenaed to appear before a bucks county grand jury and they own the property where the

human remains were found yesterday. what they are expected to say today is unknown. it's not a grand jury's job to decide if someone is innocent or guilty and could hear testimony or witnesses. and decide if there is probable cause to bring criminal charges or an indictment. the attorney did not comment, sandy and antonio issued a statement. as parents they sympathize with the parents and families of the missing young men and cooperating every way possible in the investigation being conducted by law enforcement. their son cas cosmo is a person of interest in this case. he was arrested again yesterday for allegedly trying to sell one of the missing man's cars for $500 and is now being held on $5 million bail. of course this is a developing story and let you know

shows a mudslide hitting a traffic jam. it swept the vehicle as way in china. eight cars were buried and the drivers and passengers all trapped and the emergency crews managed to rescue everyone. the national guard is rushing to help the victims of flooding in the midwest. in homeowners are dealing with scenes like this one. a couple captured water rushing into their basement. the fox river is expected to reach record levels and flooding has affected nearly every property in the community. a man is behind bars in florida after police say he killed an aaa worker. jose was furious over how long it took someone to respond to his call for help for a dead battery. the man arrived at his home and he shot the victim multiple times.

he died at the scene and he is now held without bond. >> a young carjacking victim is safe because of a news helicopter in kansas city. police say that two men stole a car from a gas station and mayo was sleeping in the backseat and they spotted the abandoned vehicle in the backseat and when the officers approached the car the little girl ran towards them and authorities are still look for the suspects. >> a contractor got stuck behind an atm. he wound up locked inside without a cell phone that he left in his truck. he started to slip notes to customers through the atm machine begging them for help. many thought it was a joke and one finally called police. >> we can hear a little voice from the machine. you will never see this again in

a vietnamese garden in south jersey is teaching them about their roots. tamala edwards has more in this week's art of aging. >> she was born in a refugee camp and manages this garden for other refugees in east camden. part of creating a home is growing food and having access to the food they are useded to eating at home. >> she is growing vietnamese squash and vegetables in the garden. >> because my family and other families like the vietnamese food especially the mixed vegetables. >> after school and the summer the elders are joined by the high school student that learn about gardening and much more. >> it's like their own families. >> a great way for our students
